Gambling operator St Minver hires new CEO

Gambling operator St Minver has hired ex-Cryptologic CFO Jim Ryan as CEO. St Minver's previous CEO Gary Shaw has been promoted to executive chairman.
Ryan's background is in gambling software, moving from Excapsa Software where he was president and CEO. He was previously CFO of Cryptologic. At Excapsa Software Ryan handled the AIM flotation of the company.
St Minver operates across Europe and specialises in online poker and bingo. It counts Yahoo!, Telefonica and Lastminute.com as white-label partners.
The company was founded in 2003. It has headquarters in Gibraltar in addition to a London office.
