SpyCasino not paying... have I lost my money?

I'm really starting to freak out.

It's been over 5 weeks since i withdrew and they still haven't payed.

Every time I call they say that spycasino is having delays paying their customers and assure that I will be payed.

They have no timeline or update ever, all they ever do is appologize for the delay and run around in circles. They could go on like this forever if they wanted, what can I do?

Have I lost my money?

Was your Actiononline issue ever resolved? I have the response from the casino management concerning this.

Has this issue progressed at all? I'm in the same boat, having deposited the full 500. I completed the WR and requested a cashout Oct. 10th. I have yet to be paid and I can't get any information as to how long it will take. I've now spent more time with the support chat than I have actually playing at the casino. Alll the support staff will tell me is that they are having delays and that they have no information on how long it will take. I pitched right when the casino itself went down. One of the support people mentioned that he saw someone being cashed out from early september not too long ago, but if this place has any money left I don't think they're going to make it to mine.

I have not heard anything yet from the Meister.
I never heard the casino went down, just checked the website and it is down.
Do you know what date the sight went offline?
 
I'm working on this right now. I've just been in contact with the software provider, and they have assured me that if anyone is owed anything, then they will be paid.
 
Well it's been 2 months since I put in the withdraw request and I'd lost all hope.

They kept assuring me I'd be paid, but who would believe that after 2 months??

Well it's an XMAS Miracle, I've been paid!!

I put in a cashout request in September and still have not been paid. Same runaround emails from support and live chat. It's amazing they're still in business.
 
Looks like the rogue section is getting an update this week.

On a similar but unrelated theme, FHM Casino, which was posted missing in action, believed closed now seems to route to Playtech-powered Del Rio?
