The eight month long dispute between the German state of Bavaria and Austrian sportsbook BWIN has taken another turn. In September 2006 the state of Bavaria announced their decision to not allow BWIN to accept wagering from the Bavaria. Bavaria said that only the state sanctioned and administered Bayern Lotto is legal for Bavarian residents. Today the Bavarian administrative court declared that it was 'technically not possible' for BWIN to stop gamblers from Bavaria using the companys offers.

The (Bavarian) court obviously did not do a great deal of homework as to how enforceable the ban actually is You must register/login in order to see the link.

thank you, looks like your wishes made the difference :notworthy

    but the game was...let's say...moderate.

p.s. I don't like Milan as well - and it wasn't my decision to sponsor them ;)
