I advise people not to play here right now.

I deposited $200 to take advantage of their attractive casinomeister slots promotion of 200% match up to $200 with only 30x wagering.

However after depositing and playing a few games..I went to some non marvel games and most of them only allow min bets of $8 and $10.

I obviously am not highrolling like that or should be forced to play out of my comfort zone.

So I decided to download their client for a wide variety of games.

The download client does not work. I was told by support they are aware of the issue and have been having problems for awhile. I was told to try and download a certain version of flash. Did not work.

I tried windows 10 and windows 8 as I have two laptops. Did not work.


So basically you are limited to mostly marvel slots on their instant client. and have a very very small amount of video slots to choose from.

I do not think this casino should be taking deposits until their issue is fixed. Its very unfair to players.

Want to update the thread after speaking to the rep. After numerous back and forth and tests on my end..it looks as though it is an issue with their casino as I tested two other playtech casinos and they worked fine.

There have been some annoyances as I had to follow alot of instruction...clear this..unblock that...restart computer....uninstall...re install...etc etc etc but the rep/casino manager was very nice and helpful. And they are fixing this issue. And he will keep me updated.

Now I dont know if this affects all cause support told me they have had complaints of this but some dont have the issue. I suggest check the download client first if your intentions are to play non marvel slots.

I know playtech isnt the most popular with members but Just want to leave a little feedback for search purposes in the future because I know I have searched dozens of casinos before depositing on this forum and the feedback always helps with a decision... I suggest pming the rep here if you ever run into trouble. ya I thought its a good bonus too. I think most 200% are 40-60x wagering...I think more closer to 50

Its a good offer for anyone too. People who like their playtech..or people who want a break from their other software providers. Gives them a chance to hit one of their progressives
