Hi all,
I am a sportingbet (superbahis.com) user from Tukey. I am playing backgammon in local tournaments since 2001. 1,5 month ago, I decided to play online backgammon in superbahis.com, turkish version of sportingbet.com. I made almost 2800 euros profit and withdrew approximately 2000 of it. 2 weeks ago when I tried to connect to the backgammon server, I noticed that they suspended my account. Game Account is the backgammon server that superbahis.com is currently using. My nickname was cyberarmy198. When I telephoned to superbahis.com, they said that they will take care of the problem. But after this happened, I realized that I can' t trust this company anymore and so I requested to withdraw 350 euros from my account. 1 day later my account is completly closed and I received the following mail: (english translation at the bottom)

Bizim size paranizi gönderebilmemiz için sizden asagidaki belgeleri bize taratarak göndermenizi rica ediyoruz. Bu belgelerin herhangi birindeki eksiklik , paranizin gönderilmesini imkansizlastiracagindan lütfen bu belgeleri eksiksiz ve okunakli olarak taratarak e mail ile konu bolumune BELGE yazarak info@superbahis.com adresine gönderiniz.
Istenen belgeler:
1. T.C Kimliginizin onlu arkali okunakli kopyesi
2. Superbahis hesabinizda kayitli olan butun kredi karlarinizin onlu arkali okunakli kopyesi
3. Superbahis hesabinizda bulunan adresinizi ispat eden herhangi bir faturanin kopyesi
4- Ayrica tavlada iyi oldugunuzu kanitlayan tavla uyelinizi yada bu konuda basarili oldugunuzu gosteren belge seklinda kanit yollayiniz bilginize tskler

In short, they ask 4 things from me:
1)Scanned copy of my ID
2)Scanned copy of my credit card
3)Scanned copy of a bill for address approval
4)PROOF FOR BEİNG A GOOD BACKGAMMON PLAYER!

Yes, this is not a joke! I sent them all the documents necessary, and as proof I sent scanned copies of my certificates that I earned in the backgammon tournament that I placed 1st. Also I sent them a photo of my trophies. When I ask Game Account customer service they always say that they are investigating my account. I DON'T BELİEVE THAT AN INVESTİGATİON TAKES MORE THEN 2 WEEKS. And also asking for such proof is a weird request. What if I win on a soccer bet? They will probably ask proof for being a good soccer player I guess. Please help me to get my account back.
