I have 4000 euros won in this casino at 31-8-2016
Several times, said the casino by email and chat the went to pay, but still they did not.
These are some responses I have received from them, of course I have these mails

I play very rarely at online casinos and am certainly not a professional player.
Of those bonus terms I understand nothing, especially since it is in English and because I have little experience of playing in online casinos
If I had known that I could not use more than 5 euros, I would not have done that.

But they have me, as you can see, ensuring that they would pay and that everything was in order.
And then suddenly 10 days after winning the money they suddenly come up with the mail I get nothing.
I suspect because I have emailed regularly when I got my money, they have experienced this as annoying and therefore started looking for something to get out of the payment.

I've asked several times to fulfill their commitments and to pay, but they do not respond and say that I just have to make a complaint.

What can I do so that they pay as they promised?

Alot of casino return players funds why documents are being verified, The reason I do not know, I can only guess :)

Yes your withdraw would of been safe but at the time they said this as they was not to know if any rules have been broken,

If you do not not understand the rules than DO NOT play, There are many of hidden rules in a casino and some are worse than others, I suggest to play a casino that caters for your Country,

I have just been paid by them today, And the other week was paid a good sum, No where near as much as yours but I found them to be ok casino,

Please let us know what rule you have broken, Most casino would do the same thing if rules are broken, I have came across many of dodgy sites and this is not one of them,

But they let me 10 days under the delusion that they have to pay and confirm this.

They normally pay after 48 hours and that happened but did not.
At 31-8 I won 4000 euros.
At 2-9 they said my papers were in order and that they would pay no later than 3-9.

8-9 an email that they were waiting for my documents, which is weird because at 2-9 I had the confirmation that everything was fine.

Those 10 days, what you say is not true, in my view, on 2 September, I received an email that all the documents were approved.

And they pay you, I'm happy for you, but you also said that it was a much smaller amount than mine.
4000 euros is a lot of money, especially if you have deposited only 175 euros, casinos will see it rather differently.

Yes they do. And some times they do this, If you are genuine and the site is accredited they will try and work it out, But this site is not accredited , I am not saying its only the accredited sites that try and work things out as others do but this is the best place to come

GOOD NEWS !!!!

Recently I spoke with a very nice manager www.spincasino.com, mark his name.
He told me that they find it very annoying how it all went, and they have a lot of problems with people who abuse the bonuses.
Especially since their give a very high bonus, which is also a fact !!!
Of course I have here fully understand, and I understand that casinos must guard against such people.

I also told him that I indeed have deployed higher than allowed and that I had not read it and did not know that this was not allowed and that this was absolutely not the intention to abuse this.

I understand that casinos have rules and that people should keep and which casinos have a lot of problems with people who are not honest to it, but if I absolutely am not, and it really was a mistake on my part.

But he did so I made the commitment that I still get my winnings !!!!!!!
He is convinced that I had no wrong intentions, what actually it is.
Tonight or tomorrow everything on my account and I can withdraw it.

This is a really great gesture from them, which I also know that when they do not have to do it !!!!
So huge respect for the way they handle this !!!

He was telling you that since you came here for help and filled in the PAB form explaining your circumstances about the casino that once you do that you should not make any posts at all about the casino or the PAB (thats the complaint you made asking for help with all the details) will fail.

FYI you should read the PAB FAQ. The question you ask and the mistakes you've made with your PAB here and in the PAB itself are totally avoidable IF you had read the FAQ as requested. All that stuff is addressed there.

Anyway, your issue is solved now: case closed.

Yes I have received all the money in my bank account yesterday

Great stuff, There not a bad site, Its a shame they have got no rep kicking about, But I am 99% sure that somebody is looking at theses forums, Either way as long as problems get sorted than every thing is good,

There is always a rule about max bet, Like I said before if the rules are abit difficult to understand than stay away or look out for the money sign £$ or a bunch of game manes,

Does anyone know if there is a contact now for this casino, i know they are not accredited and can't find one in the reps list.

But i am waiting since 27-5-2017 just for verification and every day i am told that it would be done next business day, but next day they tell me exactly the same. (copy/paste)

Okay, also receive every day same answer, apoligize for delay, sorry we have a backlog, you should get a confirmation mail next working day but still nothing. can't speak a manager at livechat, no phone support. but it gives a little more hope that they paid you.

Dam I hope I get my winning after reading all of this joined spin station played through all bonus and played a bit then just won £450 so withdrawn it
Saw it in pending then vanished few hours later no idea if it's being sorted or what I see is the section of history I had +£75 it's now showing

This is the total of all deposits minus the sum of all withdrawals for the lifetime of your account

Worried now are these roque one not a bit time player that's a huge win for me on a 20p bet
