Anyone else have this email? It is from spinson themselves, not an affiliate. I do not have an account there and have no plans to get one.

Hi MYFIRSTNAME

We wanted to welcome you to Spinson.com and hope that you enjoyed your first day with us.

In total we have over 600 slots and table games here at Spinson and we hope you will find some of your favourite games. With quality games from Microgaming, NetEnt, IGT, NYX and Play'n'GO we are sure you will find plenty of fun games with us.

Your Welcome Bonus MYFIRSTNAME

If you feel like making your first deposit with us today, you have a very nice welcome package.

(email continues advertising first deposit offers)

Have they bought my details from another company? It is most definitely from them themselves and not an affiliate, I can tell the difference and the address it comes from is news@spinson.com . This is a bit out of line imo, I have no account there. Anyone else received this?

Or it's another Every Matrix casino that have been shut down and your account transfered.

They did that to me when Nexx Edge closed. Suddenly I had an account at Jetbull that I didn't want at all.

Have you checked with Spinson support if that email address actually belongs to them???

Somebody could just have made it up and has all incoming mails rerouted to some other address.

Yep, I had it too.
Its genuine as I had an email yesterday from a casino saying it was transferring players to spinson

Yeah I knew it was genuine thanks Jd.

Ok fair enough re the transferred players but I had no notification of this. Which casino was it can I ask Jd thanks.

Copy of my e-mail which should explain it:

Hello,

Please be informed that effective from today, Noxwin.com and Flamantis.com are stopping its activities in United Kingdom.

Your account, as part of that region, will be transferred to Spinson.com - UK Casino brand and UKGC license holder.

You will be able to take advantage of all Spinson Casino Promotions, including the welcome offer - 30 free spins on login on Starburst/Gonzo's Quest and up to 999 free spins on your first deposit + up to 999 extra free spins every week.

Should you have any questions regarding the transfer, feel free to contact Spinson Customer Support

Best regards,
Noxwin & Flamantis Team

Yeah thanks it must be noxwin, I made one deposit there then stopped when they advertised 30xb but it really was 30xd+b.

I also unsubscribed from their constant spam offers afterwards which explains why I didn't get the email informing me what was happening I guess. Cheers all.

Feking noxwin nowin, I knew they wouldnt last, Site that done me out of my deposit bonus and when I asked help when nearly butsed out they added a 10, I was stupid to ask as the next few spins bought me some luck and once I done wager my balance drooped, Max win from no deposit 100, Hang on there I did deposit lol,
Any way its the first I heard unless I just deleted the emails, I hope the affiliates are still gna get there cut,

Hi guys and gals,

I am sorry if you are caught a bit of guard with any emails coming out and just popping in to explain,

You should also have received a explanation firstly from Noxwin - but if that got caught in a spamfilter or you just didn't open it.

Since Noxwin/Flamantis pulled out of the UK market they looked for another brand that could continue to support their old members with a similar solution.
Even though we do not have a sportbook and focus purely on Slots and free spins (even though a live casino is on its way) it was still a fairly good match.

Since Noxwin and Flamantis was on the Everymatrix platform, as are we, a transfer could be done fairly easy and all player balances where transfered as well if you had any on your account. Also all transfered players receives our june welcome offer of 30 free spins on login (Gonzo's Quest / Starburst) unless you previously had an account with us at Spinson - then you should have received your fair share of free spins already.

You can login with your old details - unless you where blocked on Noxwin/Flamantis, then that block would also be active with us.

If you have any further questions you can send them here, PM me, or ask our lovely support.

Have a great weekend

When I sign up to a particular casino I always read in the terms that my details are safe with them. It never cross my mind that they will just copy everything on me and send them on to another casino. Documents, card details, everything.

Would you like any company to do that to you?

I don't care if you are trustworthy or not. I should be given a notice and then want to choose for myself what to do.

Hi Tirilej,

The only data that is moved over is username, account details and player balance if any.

No verification documents, card details or similar is transfered, so even if you where verified at the previous one it would need to be verified once again at Spinson

Lucky me though never had an account at the closed ones and I don't at Spinson either. Just thouht that others would like to know.

I did not receive any emails from noxwin explaining and yes I checked my spam filter. I had unsubscribed from spam promo emails from noxwin but regardless this was a service email and should have been sent to all players, they did not send me anything.

Also certainly Spinson should have explained they bought noxwin details in their email they sent to their new database. There was no explanation whatsoever which falls far short of what is expected. The email caused concern as I do not have an account at Spinson and there was nothing to say what happened.

Exactly. The data protection act in the UK exists for a reason.

I like how you say "only", frankly that is a lot of data on someone

"Or similar"? I tried logging in, I notice my password has been transferred. That brings up some security issues and questions in my opinion.

Usually these things are ok and I don't really mind when a casino buys out another casino or whatever. That is because in all other cases where this has happened to me I have been adequately informed before and on the day of what is going on, usually by both parties. This time neither of you (Noxwin or Spinson) saw fit to inform me of what was happening to my data and it has got my back up. To me it shows a lack of respect to players and to their data.

P.S. 999 free spins on Starburst. Playing manual 10p at a time. Lol no chance.

We was informed it should have been sent by Noxwin to explain it just for that reason, that it should come from the original source and when we got confirmation that it was done the players where added into the system.

Is is a part of the Privacy Policy a player agree's on when creating the account, but I agree it could have been solved better, if you did not receive the news directly from them a "unsolicited" email from us would then be a bad start. So I can just fully agree you on that point. When it comes to the password it is a hashed value so it is impossible to see the actual password, but since the transfer was done within the same system (EM platform) it could be done. Otherwise if a casino purchase another casino the players usually have to re set their password on login.

P.S. 999 free spins on Starburst. Playing manual 10p at a time. Lol no chance.

The welcome free spins are on Starburst / Gonzo's Quest, the deposit free spins works on Starburst, Neon Staxx, Twin Spin, Gonzo's Quest or Wonky Wabbit and you can mix among them. So the value varies from 10 p a spin on Starburst to 30 p a spin on Wonky Wabbit, and the auto spin on NetEnt free spins is sadly nothing NetEnt allows at this moment.

Spinson
