Spinson, a new Every Matrix Casino

Although i wouldn't play Spinson either as there's no DOA that i could find in search which is the reason i stopped playing playhippo as well

DOA is available - just not all games where released from day one, but I know in the last batch when the jackpot games where added Dead or Alive was added as well. It is a game available in 100's of sites and I hope that is not the only reason you choose a casino :)

Hi we might be a bit late on the ball here - since we focus on getting everything working as smoothly as possible before stepping into the different forums.

Thanks for your feedback :)

When it comes to the Self Exclusion issues, which we agree it is an issue that affects UK players only. So if you are Self excluded on one site, we have to close down the account within a reasonable time period, in the T&C that is listed as 5 days. From our end we have taken the stance that as soon as an account is closed the remaining balance should be returned to the player.

But we want to highlight a part here - and that is that we try to give the money back if there is a positive balance, no matter if it is a win or a loss in total. We do not give back any lost funds. So basically it is as normal, if you win you win if you lose you lose. We however recommends that you check with support to see if your account is closed.

There are some instances when Every Matrix refuses to refund the money - even though we as operators ask for it to be done, and that is when a player has tried to abuse the system by blocking themselves on one site, try to gamble on another site and then try to claim the money back since they are excluded on one site.

For European players (non UK) this is not an issue since you block yourself from the Casino and not from the license.

Have a great day

So you're saying that anyone who's not from the uk can sign up at your casino even if they are self excluded from other EM casinos, or are you saying that the rule is for all EM sites? I hope you know that there are people from other countries that have had their accounts closed, and denied their winnings, not just people from the UK.

Are the rules changed in that case on all EM sites because normally there are the same rules no matter where you're from?

So if someone still have wagering to do and only have bonus left on their account when you're closing it will you pay that? Silly question maybe, but you do know that people are betting higher if they have a bonus and are losing their own money first.

I also hope EM won't keep on saying that every player who have self excluded are signing up to a new casino just to abuse the system, even if I'm sure they do exist.

I must say it's refreshing with someone who are willing to talk about these things:thumbsup:

Thnx,

Its not the only reason but one of a few

Netent only have 4-5 decent games(that i like) and as u can see on here DOA is probably the most played slot without a jackpot

Few more reasons are good support, fast withdrawals and decent T&C's

Hi, thank you for your questions

What we have been told - and how we have been acted since the launch of Spinson (late Nov 2015) is that all players playing under the LGA license - so the European License, self exclude themselves from the Casino and not the License, something that has been approved by the LGA since it was unfair to ask the players to keep track of which casino is connected to which license.

For UK players under the UK Gambling Commission however they took another stand on things - saying that a player blocks themselves from the License and not just the single operator they are closing down under.

So for a non UK player coming to us - we are as any stand alone casino and we can and will not blame on any Self Exclusion to not pay for winnings - it is gambling, if you win you win if you lose you lose but hopefully you will have a good time, with fun games and friendly customer support that can help.

For UK players coming to us - we have a policy at Spinson to always pay back the balance of the players account - BUT our T&C do say that we have the right to keep the money, the T&C for UK is written by the licensee holder - so it is the same for all brands using the license, and we think it is a pretty unfair rule. The T&C for UK says

"...Should you self-exclude from at least one of the websites managed and operated by us and afterwards, during the applicable self-exclusion period, succeed in opening an account, depositing and playing on another website managed by us, your deposited amounts and your subsequent winnings, if any, shall be forfeited by you, retained by us and you agree to waive any and all claims relating to the respective amounts"

How we want to treat it is like this

"Should you self-exclude from at least one of the websites managed and operated by us and afterwards, during the applicable self-exclusion period, succeed in opening an account, depositing and playing on another website managed by us, your remaining balance of the closed account will be returned to you. No deposited amounts will be refunded if wagered and lost, and any remaining bonus will be voided"

So for your other question - if they have a bonus active that will not be included in the return of the balance. That situation has however not occurred, so it could of course be good to have a clearer set of rules for that situation. So will take that question and pass it on upwards and come back with a answer to it.

How other EM sites are treating their players and interpret how the T&C should be read and used (even though T&C should not have any lea ways for your own interpretations) we at Spinson can not answer for.

One reason we joined here is to talk for our cases and how we treat our members, and I mentioned in another post that I hope players will judge us for what we do and not for what others have done.

All good reasons to choose a casino.

We know our strengths and weaknesses - so I would say we would qualify for all of them - the only thing that we have received fair criticism about is a lack of a Live Chat (looked in to adding it in Q2) even though our support team is usually quite quick on replying and being able to manage and find a solution in one go, instead of emailing back and forth.

Have a great day

Great casino

I really like Spinson! I've been playing there a lot. When I first joined a couple of month ago I got all the Free Spins that was promised without any complications. I won and made a withdrawal which took 1-2 hours. Easy terms.

I also had to contact them because of some questions I had to ask. The mail speed process was almost like a live chat. I'm very impressed.

Keep up the good work!

I think we all appreciate your time especially with the EM clause for U.K players

You did state that you do not have to refund U.K players back? I am afraid you have not got a leg to stand on there, If a player lose a load of cash and than gets told he has SE from another EM site and there not getting a refund or winnings than I think you may be in the wrong,

There has been so much gone on with this I have lost track, I personally do not put the blame on the casino but infact EM them selfs, It has been going on for some time but seems to have quiet down now

All this SE business should not of even happened in the first place if EV done the right thing to begin with, Not only has it put a bad name against casino's but the whole scenario to begin with seemed out of place,

Thanks again and hopefully we have another good rep on board

I think in this case you see ghosts

" I see dead people"

Remember there are an awful lots of Swedes in this business.

Living ones:p and most of them are so young they have no clue where that quote came from either:D

We are indeed a lot of Swedes in this industry even though most of us are working from Malta or and not so many are actually sitting in Sweden

I would not say we are trying to self promote the casino, but explain our stand since a topic was generated where we was mentioned in the head line, even though we came back with a reply a bit late on this one, since we did not have any representation on the forum.

Regarding the lovely quote - you would almost not recognize the boy when he is a cow boy toting "redneck" in the Entourage movie

It is based on the FAQ from theUK Gambling Commission - Old / Expired Link and has apparently been tested in some court cases. Which ones and the situation around it I do not know. It however more states the the UK Gambling Commission can not help with re claiming money.

Best solution would be that they could not signup with the same details and have it linked Pan European, if you truly self exclude for gambling reasons, I think we as operators should do our best to prevent them from playing, no matter what license the casino is on, it is not like one license (UK and EU know) is better from a gambling problem perspective then another one.

The best would be that the player can get the break they say they need, or that they close down the account "normally" for just the operator they are disappointed with.

Don't worry. We had a couple of shills promoting some crap casinos here recently. I'm sure your brand is decent and we are glad that you are available if any issues occur on your casino.
