hi just had a situation whilst playing flying circus (not the first time) playing game for a while and sometimes reels keep spinning so after a minute i close game and go back sometimes its gave the scatters or not,same thing happens a lot this time my balance on leaving was £219 when it was back on home page it was £259 which in my eyes meant yes 4 scatters,when i went back to game server dropped,finally got the casino back and balance was £223.got on to live mail at 9 56am and explained what had occured,told to check playcheck and give last transaction number which i did biy it was just showing £223 not the spin that was i think 4 scatters after alot of toing and frowing i asked the rep to send logs with my complaint to m.g.games for investigation to which after a long wiat said could not do because log was only showing balance of £223 not £219 or £259,then offered me $60 for my inconvience,at which point i sent back not good enough please send details to m.g but the session had ended at 10 21am.has this happened to any-one else or am i just dreaming.

They offered you £60 and it's not good enough? You have absolutely no proof that you got 4 scatters and it's not on playcheck, you should have thanked the CSR and taken the money.

It's funny that as soon as there's something wrong, people automatically assume that it prevented them to win a million dollars.

read the post correctly before you start mouthing off it was $60 not £60 and i was asking a question that is all.

OK, cool down! No need to start being aggressive. You probably had an incomplete spin by the sound of it, so your balance went down and then as you saw it had gone back up again when the stake was returned. If you had got 4 scatters you would have had (assuming it would trigger some kind of bonus) the bonus round appear and play out next time you opened the game. If it didn't you probably never got them. 60 currency units (I won't say dollars as it obviously upset you when Balthazar said it, which being a native of a dollar country he would if you checked his location) is an ample reward, when they could have given you sweet FA.

in my post i just asked if anyone else had had this happen to them,i know what i saw,and was not after a freebie and why offer one anyway,i am not a novice to gambling online and am not angry with anyone i just asked the question that is what a forum is for i believe.
