Spinland - Withdraw time

    Hi everyone,

    does any of you know the process time for neteller withdraw at spinland.com? (deposit with neteller and withdraw back to neteller)

    I took a withdraw there on ( early 11AM 03.06.2017) and have not still received the payment.

    I sent documents and and my account got verified but no payment yet.


    The chat operator told me the funds are still available for reverse till tomorrow...

    It's a Caddell casino so payments are usually made 48 hours after you have been verified or thereabouts. I have had a few withdrawals from this group never had any problems and the withdrawal process has always been the same:)

    I made a withdrawal there last tuesday, it was processed on thursday and in my bank on saturday.

    Never got asked for documents though

    Withdrew over 1K from them Thursday before last.

    Processed just over 24h later on the Saturday, received via bank Transfer Wednesday.

    Did send doc's just to avoid any delays, however they didn't ask for them, in fact no communication regarding the withdrawal was involved at all!

    My (educated) guess with an e-wallet would be approx 30 hours after you made the cash out request give or take a couple of hours.

    Solid brand dispite the waiting period, Normally 48 hours but often a few hours left.

    In the Uk they use the electoral roll search to make a instant name and address Verification so maybe do the same elswhere

    I need help! Spinland come back to me after 5 days now and say :

    Your account has been found be in breach of clause 7 (vii) of our Promotional Terms and Conditions:

    7 (vii) Deposits made via Skrill or NETeller are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus and if taken, any winnings will be confiscated.

    Therefore, your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of NOK 800 has been returned to your gaming account.

    This is absolutely nonsense, i deposited 800kr and noticed i did not receive the welcome bonus, then i started to play anyway, and i lost, i then went to live chat and see why and he said because i did not qualify for it but he putted 150kr as good will bonus, and i won 7000kr after WR (around 700euro) I did not receive the welcome bonus, this is something THEY credited me because i lost the 800 in few min, why should i suffer from it!?.


    I have been player for 15years online, never have i seen this kind of rouge behaviour.

    Did you explain this situation to their chat agents or via email? - I assume you did but if not then I'd start there :thumbsup:

    I believe they also have a rep on here although I've not seen any posts from them, maybe worth dropping them a polite private message.

    Not sure if this is right one but they may be able to point you in the right direction if nothing more

    I have not been contacted by the casino, sent email - no reply, live chat saying they are not the right department and the best is to send email but NOTHING.

    I can't believe people actually play there when they are not responsive and actually confiscate legit winning.

    What should i do?

    Why On earth can A casino not have a tool in place that when a player uses a bonus all things against terms are implemented when the player plays?.. like max bet, void games etc...
    It's not hard to do.
    The honest and truthful fact is they do this to 'steal' from players..
    Eventually it'll be sorted as it's beyond moral and frankly shameful.
    The terms and conditions of most are a farce. And it's a disgrace they are allowed to abide by this.
    I understand a casino is a business, and they have the right to protect themselves, but seriously this has gone to far.
    It's now the case that mt secure are a sham, caddell the same.
    That leaves us casumo (now unaccredited) yet a fantastic casino, betat and videoslots.
    Yes trada are good, and the likes of casino room have also been moral to me.
    The whole online industry stinks of corruption to the very core.

    So after several email, i have received 0 response from the casino, i cannot see they have rep here.



    but basically here is my story:

    I deposited 800kr, (With no bonus) to Spinland to try the new casino, i lost it and i went to live chat, i asked if i had any good will bonus as i lost it pretty dead spins 50 dead spins in 3min (quickspin), the norwegian support added 150kr as good will bonus to my account, i then went to play and won 7000kr (after WR) i requested withdraw and later on they confisticated my winnings, and placed my deposit back to my account.

    I won the winning fair and square, no high bet either.

    Later on they told me no bonus on neteller deposits, but this bonus given to me was a good will bonus added by THEM.

    It like i give you a lottery ticket as gift and if you had won big prize i would take it back and give you the tiket price to you..

    Ok i got a reply from Spinland, they are saying i breached T&C, which is full completely joke.

    They are saying i breached their terms, but i DID not, they credited good will bonus manually, how can they later say i breached when they are the one that added good will bonus?

    From Spinland:

    My reply now:

    "Thank you for your reply but i have to say i strongly dissagree that Spinland confiscate my balance, this bonus was added manually by Spinland personell all well known that i had earlier deposited with Neteller, the balance was 0 at the time your staff added 150kr good will bonus for player (me) to use it, you cannot later confiscate the funds already granted by Spinland. i should add that 800kr in my account has nothing to do with the issue, my balance was 7000kr not 800kr, i have not breached any T&C, Spinland granted the bonus manually and therefore should pay the sum they owing me.

    Therefore i am asking you to process the 7000kr, and not credit back my deposit."


    I doubt they even trying tho, but keeps my fingers crossed.

    BTW, FYI i play for thousands of €K everywhere, and this one is not a a lot of money (700euro ish) i wanted to check their site but the way they have handled this by far just want me to use anything to show them what they are doing is wrong (principal)

    Just bothers me thinking that there will be many players who would just accept the casino's decision and lose money that's rightfully there own.
    And many players who don't know about casinomeister.
    The majority of casinos are rogue. And the practices they use are frankly criminal.
