Hello everybody!

Just created an account and will write my first post about casinos.

Been playing on spinit for a year or something. I contacted them some months ago that I no longer get emails from them. Live support was friendly and told me he would add my mail so it would work again.

Yesterday I contacted them because I have only recieved 1 email from them since last time I spoke with support. I also asked why I did not get the weekly freespins/reload bonus since Ive made like 10 deposits last week. Was told if you are eligble for bonuses you will get them. Copy/paste answers and didnt feel like they cared at all.

Sent them a mail about all this and got an answer saying my account will not get bonuses or promotions at this time. No reason why or apology for this. I have never abused a bonus. I hardly used bonuses because of this situation lol.. I always read terms etc. Low roll, never go over max bet or save bonuses or any stuff like that..

I like their next gen games and have max progress on some of my fav slots. So its conviniant to play on spinit when I wanna play these slots.

Feel kinda f*cked cuz ive been supporting this site for long. Usually I get awarded for playing at a casino so this was a new one.. Was playing alot on Guts and Comeon before. Even had vip status and recieved 1000sek wager free cash sometimes. Ofc most casinos dont give a shit but they gotta care about forums atleast.

Anyone else had a similair exp? Guess its time to go back to videoslots. ^^

This is a sister casino to Casino Cruise, and why anyone play on those sites I can't understand.

No casino have to give you bonuses so that is just to accept no matter where you play.
I do advice you to go somewhere else though and if you stick to the accredited list here you can't go wrong (except for Casino Cruise then);)

I know exactly what you mean, they use these things as tools to lure people in and then the moment you ask about them you are made to feel like a free loader. The attitude on some of those call operators needs a good readjustment and it surprises me how rude some of them are.


An example was the 7Sultans casino moved us across to their Australian site and said they would give $50 automatically in the account & it would be waiting but I may need to change my password.
Anyway someone there completely stuffed up that email because the link did not work properly and instead of transfering an account, it created a new one. I tried it maybe 3 or 4 times before giving up.

Spoke to someone there a little latter and to started lecturing me. Askin me interogation questions and mentioning I may be banned and.

I explained the situation and she offered a bonus with a $100 deposit and I said I would prefer to see how the casino operates before hand and that I was promised $50

She disconnected

I got back on and she kept disconnecting me.

That behaviour is just unheard of in sane & rational people.
