I didnt want to post in old thread about their terms.

I just want to know is this common practice by this group ?
You make wd request and its allmost instantly cancelled since they want documents..
You send documents and they are allmost instantly rejected.
When you finally send "right" documents nothing happens.

So they are fast when cancelling your withdrawals etc.. but not when its time to actually pay you :D

Also first time ever i saw that after you close live chat they ask if you want to donate money to their support staff... what ?

Have you asked them why it was rejected? Did you explain to them that you have resubmitted it and the documents were again rejected?

What was their answer?

Last time I played there it was a 20$ deposit turned into 500$ with no bonus. They went nuts. Serioulsy it was crazy. All of a sudden they need to verify everthing they already did. They were asking something impossible and it took hours and about 200 arguments to get paid. They are just disgusting. Pretty much like all others with the same affiliates. Gunsbet are doing things way worse than that and it seems perfectly normal to askg.
Why in the hell would anyone play there? Once you get this treatment, you understand how some people are just pathetic for a profit. It was 500$. I would pay everything I have to meet their management.

Yes every single time I ask them why. By the way this is for cookie casino which must be owned by Spinia because the email when I deposited came from Spinia. This is the same answer I keep getting:

“You need to upload a proof of April 19 deposit - a screenshot of bank transaction on which we can see the amount deposited and date of transaction.“

This is the exact reply I’m given every time. So far here is what I have sent them and every document was not approved:


I have sent a bank statement showing the $40 deposit to the casino with date and transaction number. I have sent paper version and electronic version.

I have sent screenshot from my bank account showing deposit with amount and date.

I have sent email from my bank Scotiabank saying gigadat accepted e transfer for amount of $40 with date, time , amount and transaction number.

I have sent email from casino itself saying $40 deposit from interac approved with same transaction number that’s on the email from my bank.

I have sent transaction summary from etransfer showing date, amount and reference number

All the reference numbers match up. They won’t accept any of these documents and I have no idea why. The only one thing I can think of is that my deposit was made on a Sunday and my bank does not post any transactions on sundays. They all move to Monday. But the bank email clearly shows date time and reference number and matches up exactly to the email from Spinia showing the deposit Including the EXACT same reference number. Chat and email will not help me at all.

After sending the document to them, I suggest you follow-up with a Live Chat... asking them if the document is sufficient. That's usually what I do. Then if it's not and they need further docs, at least you know what you need to provide them.

Coz if you send them and just think it is fine, then when it is not you won't know the root cause of it. Try asking the Live Support person to have a look at it and if it's fine, then good... If not, then you know what they want and where they are coming from.

Yeah, I'll do that as well, upload and immediately go to live chat to see that's received and clear; they wont generally have a final say whether you're good to go but youve an idea if it's sub-patr at least :)

If they rejected it, then go to Live Support and ask them what the reason was for rejecting it.

If they do not know what the reason is for rejection, then ask them to please ask the PIC about the reason why your stuff was rejected. They will be able to check with the PIC. It might take some time but at least you will know what happened and why it was rejected.

ok will try again tomorrow and see how it goes. Thanks for helping and for letting me vent my frustrations

No problem at all... we are here to help each other.

Believe me, I've gone through my fair share of headaches like this. That's why I usually stick to only select few which I could trust and know that they are "SOLID"

Exactly the same thing they did to me. No wonder they have their own chat support. Softswiss agents wouldnt do that.

Tip for the future. Verify your account before you make your first deposit at a new casino.

You have a small flaw in this. A few casinos that I have been to actually said that "they will not" do verification before a withdrawal is requested. If I'm not mistaken, this was said to me by Energy Casino.

So I don't know if your "tip" would work on all casinos.

It worked for me at all where I registered including Energy. I simply said that I won't deposit until they verify the account. Always had my accounts verified within hours, mostly within minutes.

Must admit though, that I haven't registered a new one for about 3 years now.

Took me more than 2 days to get my account verified. Cancelled my withdrawal 3 times if I'm not mistaken. I told them that they could just process the withdrawal after getting my account verified. Yet they cancel the withdrawal and returned it just because my account is "Pending Verification".

Was totally unhappy about that.

Plus Energy is the one of the only places where there's no 24/7 Live Support and also they charge EUR 5 for a second withdrawal within the same week!!! Not the same day, but the same week!!!

Sounds very slow indeed. :oops:

Yeah, they were sure that they were doing well here (and it looked like that for some time), except for watching the dormitories. It was a bomb waiting to explode.

End of May sounds like a realistic target although earlier would be surely welcome too.

Spinia is N1 - don't know why they are credited here - sure because of affiliation. It's a rogue company. There is warning on askgamblers as well. Stay away.
