Correct. 32Red's only reason for changing their withdrawal process was to earn more money from people reversing withdrawals.
They know it. You know it. And I know it. Although they'd never admit it :rolleyes:

It's the only reason any casino has a pending period...

Paul from SpinGenie (and here) just personally phoned me there now to talk about the feedback I've given.
Was actually very respectful and understanding regarding the cons I've listed. They've only been going since September which is why there is a lack of games, and more will be added in time (as well as potentially developing their own games - interesting).
He also agreed that the withdrawal process is perhaps not the best system and will be looking into it, so that's good.
I was also offered a bonus added to my account for taking the time to speak to him. I refused the bonus of course but it's still very nice to be offered.
All in all a nice phone call, which I certainly wasn't expecting. It's good to actually get to give feedback 1-to-1 with a casino, instead of emailing back and forth to incompetent CS Reps who only ever reply with copy & paste nonsense.

I deposited £50 here a few days ago and just couldn't stop winning. I've made a withdrawal of £1000 yesterday, but gotta wait the pending period out.

Brief review of the site:

Pros
The games all load perfectly, I've had no crashes or lag whatsoever (or funny balance activity, which is the norm for NetEnt lately). The site is really nice and well laid out, easy to find your way around. The amount of bonuses are near mind-boggling, and given I was betting £2 and £2.50 a spin, and the bonuses are "earned" though wagering, I quickly got up to level 35 and have countless bonuses to choose from now; free spins, free money, deposit match bonuses.
If you are the kind of player who likes bonuses, SpinGenie is definitely the site for you.

Cons
Serious lack of games to choose from. I'm honestly bored out of my mind with Starburst, TwinSpin, JATB etc. There's no CFTBL, Dead or Alive, Reel Steal, Excalibur (and countless others). The withdrawal process is daft; a 48-hour pending period is bad enough, but to not actually remove the withdrawal from my balance and then tell me I'm free to play on is just... stupid. I'm warned that if I play below my requested withdrawal amount, then said withdrawal will be cancelled.
This also means I can't take any of the host of bonuses that I've earned. Because if I do, I'll need to wager basically my entire balance (thus cancelling my withdrawal) just to complete the WR for whatever bonus I take. Why not remove the withdrawal from my balance and place it in a separate pending place? I don't get it, and I've never seen that at any casino I've ever played at.

Verdict: It's a good casino, but you're doing it wrong. 5/10

I nether did grab a name lol, But my phone call was more than polite, Number was withheld but can get around that one :) Not that it maters as I was expecting a call anyway,

Also did you see my other post ? There was more Qs I would like to of ask but nothing to do with site, About whats the involvement with gaming realms and there other sites?

I also have to mention that the bonus game is crap, £10 max win but there is no way you can collect all that, And the poxy 5 or 10 free spins are useless,
I still rate 8/10 I would up that score if there more games and withdraw did not stay on balance, Please no one hold there breath as things do change but so far top notch

Bare in mind the 6.5/10 is not intended as an insulting rating from me, and is purely because of my personal preference; Almost ALL of my favourite NetEnt games are missing (and I really only like NetEnt and Microgaming). You have Flowers (yay), but as mentioned, no Dead or Alive, CFTBL, Excalibur, Pandora's box and loads of others.

I'll see how rapid my current withdrawal is, and certainly stick around in the hope the slots collection is bulked up a bit more in future.
The games themselves are rock solid; no stuttering, freezing, lagging etc. Bodes well for the foreseeable :thumbsup:

No, Unsure if the rep marked my account as ok, Well till you get to a certain withdraw amount than most will than ask, I can count on one hand how may times I have been ask for I.D in ten years, But as in U.K than I guess they can do some easy checks if need be, Worth go, Not a great deal of slots to chose from but every thing is hassle free, No error's / lags & any bonus is instantly credited,

Also an active rep here so puts you on ease abit knowing you are in safe hands, I do not really give much credit to casinos but I think this one is worth it,

One thing if they start changing wager requirements ect and start adding games only to get aload of errors than I eat my words.

which I most great full of as keep me playing, I have has 53 quid of deposits today across sites, and £10 comp and a £50 win from a torney,
Out of all that playing max 30p spin except from the win I just got which is min 50p than I only had one bonus round on piggy riches for a £6 win, Unbelievable and was down to my last few squids before the 45 drooped in, Is my luck changing? You bet its NOT :) but abit of extra play

The site is very nice and the CS is great, there's just nothing at SpinGenie that I can't find at, for example, BetSpin or Slotty Vegas. But both of those establishments offer practically instant withdrawals, which is a big draw. As well as Supercharged winnings at Slotty, and wagering-free free spins at BetSpin.

Certainly won't close my account, and will return to play properly. Just not right now. On the back burner though :)

As I pointed out a while ago above, The site was on snail move, Nothing to do with my side, I do no that games provider if spinning for certain amount of time than does cut out, Been playing for years on them slots, So site must been running slow, I have actually not played for abit in last hour due to the slowness, But agin it dos happen across the best of sites,

My luck is not going to change in a hurry, All my life I have had bad luck & not just with gambling, One of them things in life, At least I can say I had a crazy life :) You only live once
