SpinGenie - Annoyed !?

Not sure if im jumping the gun on this one, i've e-mailed them since live chat is ignoring me.

But i made a deposit of £10 and it auto credited a £5 bonus which i didn't ask for. Anyway i thought play for abit and i got it upto £45 and thought withdraw the £40 cash, i went on live chat to double check it would only forfeit the £5 bonus credited, but no one was answering even though said live chat was active. So i withdrawed it and it said i would forfeit the bonus cash if i did this, so i clicked yes, but now not only has the £5 bonus gone but £40 cash gone, i checked pending withdrawals and i don't see it there.

Why the hell would i give up £45, if i had to play through a bonus i did NOT request for, but to remove it all is a joke, if it was all tied into bonus cash why was part it of showing as cash balance.

Either:

1) Honor withdrawal
2) Give back the £40+£5 bonus and i'll wager it off(said was £60 left to wager)

Live support don't answer and no phone number, i've e-mailed and will be annoyed if don't honor withdrawal request or least give me it back to play.

According to rep in this post you can withdraw even with a bonus active just forfeits the bonus cash, since only £5 was bonus cash, even more odd it took the £40.

I don't remember if im honest, but they should at least credit it back, why count it as "cash" if it's not cash. Do they honestly think someone would forfeit out £45 to withdraw zero

They might give you a second stab if they are in the mood, although lots of other casinoes do bonuses like this - Bet at, Prospect Hall etc. If you hadnt have been given the bonus (and you have indeed eaten into the £5 bonus) then you would have busted out anyway, so dont be too outraged. In my experience this casino is pretty good with stuff so be nice to the rep and he might sort you out.

They have a good structure in place and WOULD NOT add £5 to account unless you opted for it? Live help as not been a problem for me albeit not have needed to use but have tested plenty of times, You would of seen in my account what was bonus and what is cash, If all was bonus than it does not take a genus to work out that all bonus will be took,

I know that every person is diffrent and do not know as much about how things all work and getting all harder now diffrent sites apply diffrent tactics,
