Slow Pay Spin palace takes weeks to pay you

    Just want to know if anyone plays at the palacegroups and gets paid.
    I deposit there all the time with them and have never withdrew so on june 4 th
    i thought you know this time im going to take out 50 see if i have any probs.
    Now after all months ago they verified my docs and all and have deposit after deposit. So since june 4th im still waiting, live support tells me oh no it takes weeks to pay you from us. I used instadebit and i even left msgs with the rep on here and still no response. Another chat with live help news is getting old
    under investigation. what investigation i played slots.

    So let me know if anyone has had any luck with this group plse.

    Somethings not right here Lauram.

    I play regularly at Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune and I've never had problems with withdrawals, I'm normally paid in under 24 hrs except for weekends when they do not pay out but if I cash out during a weekend Monday afternoon it's alway's in my account.

    I don't know about Instacash as I always use Neteller for withdrawls but it seems strange as I've never had any problems with this group.

    Hope you get your problem resolved quickly as the reply you received from CS is unacceptable.

    Perhaps PM Maxd and see if he can contact the casino contact. Did that make sense? :p Anyway, it shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get paid from this group.

    Thanks for your response to me. The rep did private msg me back but it seems not till i posted this here. They told me it takes 12 days or more for instadebit to clear. I know other casinos its within the 48 hours for mg and clubworld is the same day. So will see if and when i get this i will just close off all palacegroup casinos as i think this is not right they can take a deposit right away but not pay you back. You would think the way this was going i had won a huge jackpot. LOL

    Thanks max I will give it a few more days, my account still just says work in progress its to bad cause i liked the palacegroup. But when this happens then as
    a lot of us said before stick with who does pay you in timely fashion. So for me with mg casinos alljackpots jackpotcity.

    Ok time for a update. Just talked with live chat funds still arent released another day or 2. So this is another set of casinos at least as far as I can see stay clear of if they have that many probs paying back 50 dollars then i wouldn deposit any
    more with any of the palacegroup

    Well it sure seems my list of playing casinos is getting smaller and smaller.
    This group is another that i would never deposit a dime in again or suggest to any other player to do also i had more luck getting paid from a casino on the rogue list then i did with this group. It took weeks for them to pay me and it wasnt like it was a big withdraw issue was only for 50. First they tell me if i had used any other means of deposit instead of instadebit would of been instant so i said use my moneybookers or click2pay sorry cant do that. So today i find out thats just what they did was use moneybookers to release the funds. Sorry this is unacceptable to me as a player and a customer. The support team didnt have any more answers for me more then this is a waiting period even their rep took his time in answering to me wasnt till i posted on live thread to respond.
    So again ill deposit where i get paid not where they make you feel like you have done something wrong in asking for a withdraw.

    Hi Lauram,

    My apologies if you feel that way and for my delay in responding, I have been and still are out of the country.
    I replied to you as soon as I had a chance and did explain as with other casinos that should a player use instadebit to deposit, we do hold back the cashin for 12 business days in order for the funds to clear to our account.

    Unfortunately in the past we have had returns from players using a few of the deposit options thus the need arose for us to put this policy in place.
    Even if we did pay back to Moneybookers as you asked, we would still need to wait for the initial deposit to clear.

    By using the other deposit options we suggested there would have been no delay in paying, as a group we always look at paying players as fast as possible and I am sure our players on this site can vouch that we generally deliver on our times as promised.

    Hopefully I have addressed all your concerns,

    Is it made clear enough to players at the time of deposit that their chosen method would create the need for a long delay over and above the normal payment schedule as posted.
    It seems a CS screw-up only inflamed this further, first saying it was not possible to pay to Moneybookers, only to then do this very thing when the 12 day wait was over. Perhaps it should have been better explained, that payment COULD be made to Moneybookers, but the 12 day wait would still stand nevertheless.
    With the addition of weekends and some public holidays, as well as other "pending periods" within the system, 12 days can actually drag out to 3 weeks or more before a player might see the funds. This looks VERY bad against a standard of 3 days or less for a "normal" withdrawal to Moneybookers or Neteller.

    Thanks for the info I as most get discouraged i think when it becomes a waiting game. They have no probs taking a deposit but paying back anything is like jumping through hoops. I do understand the point with ids and waiting process i just dont understand the lack of communication and the dif response you always get from their live chat. This is what worries me more then anything else you do your part deposit send in id and so on and have no probs with other casinos using same method then you get this. So for me ive moved on and hope other players going to this casino dont run into the same probs that i have.
