    what's up at this casino. Did they fire 9/10 of their support team:

    4 days no email or casino mail answers.

    There really is no excuse for that... it seems like the customer support for numerous online casinos has really deteriorated over the last 8-9 months.

    Not that most were anything to brag about before... :rolleyes:

    Efficient customer service has been a weak point for many casinos for years... and I see an even further decline lately.

    I agree, this is not acceptable at all.

    We have had system issues over the 24-48 hours that have been resolved now.

    This is not the norm for us, as most people know we are always on top of our support and give the best we can to our players.

    Hi,

    I chatted to the player and everything is sorted out.
    Our system problems are resolved and there was no real delay on the payment.
    I think some clarity was just needed :)

    All solved. Got paid in time.

    Great help from their support manager here in the forum. More to give info, he said the payment was just on the way. All we are only human, and also in a casino support, there can be problems, no problem.

    Hint for Casino: at minimum a automated mail, stating, that they got the mail, would be nice. Or in case of trouble, just a short explanation why the delay in answering. All simple but effective.

    As I said, it was not the time, but the absolutly not available support in either way what bothered me. I had the same case 1 year ago, and they never really got back to me or paid me, so if you had this once, you are even more scared... (It was a rogue as I know now, thx to CasinoMeister).

    Good feeling to have this forum...
