Spin Palace question

    Hi,

    I made a quick withdraw at Spinpalace after just doubled up my deposit. The Bonus was set to zero.

    It's just 4 days ago, but since that time, they dont answer none of my mails.

    I know, this is not a long time, but the withdraw is in "work in process" for 3 days, and normally, it only lasts one day at Moneybookers.

    It's not the fact that the mon is not there yet, but that they dont answer any mails, even my first one, with an totally different issue.

    Is that a good group or a bad one, the "Palace Group" ?

    maybe you should contact the rep here under Casino Contacts to resolve your regarding.

    he can look into your account and can say to you what's the matter.

    I chatted to the player and everything is sorted out.
    Our system problems are resolved and there was no real delay on the payment.
    I think some clarity was just needed :)

    All solved. Got paid in time.

    Great help from their support manager here in the forum. More to give info, he said the payment was just on the way. All we are only human, and also in a casino support, there can be problems, no problem.

    Hint for Casino: at minimum a automated mail, stating, that they got the mail, would be nice. Or in case of trouble, just a short explanation why the delay in answering. All simple but effective.

    As I said, it was not the time, but the absolutly not available support in either way what bothered me. I had the same case 1 year ago, and they never really got back to me or paid me, so if you had this once, you are even more scared... (It was a rougue as I know now, thx to CasinoMeister).

    Good feeling to have this forum...

    It appears to me the Palace group is a lot tighter that it has been in recent years. One of the things I always liked about this group was the great weekly bonus offers and the small things which make it all worthwhile, like NOT forgetting players birthdays. :mad: I wouldnt have minded as much but casinos i rarely play at have given me cash bonuses in honour of the occasions and a lot of others sent me special bonus offers and others have simply wished me well. Ironically the one ive given the most time, support and money to over the years is the one that couldnt even be bothered to send a happy birthday message :eek2: Neglect? After years of support? in my opinion yes. The one casino i actually expected to show an appreciation of their thanks was Spin Palace but never mind, all fair in love, war and casino gaming.

    hiya darren, god that was a quick reply. Mails get through ok to me from spin palace, i do receive promotional emails, just this is the first time you guys have forgot my birthday and its so not like you. ill let you off this time tho if you promise to send a big chocolate cake with a bow on the top :D no candles tho, im trying to forget that bit lol

    ok guys, I owe Darren and the palace group an apology for my birthday complaint. The Palace group ( as true to form) gave me a gift for my birthday, it was in my account all along, i just didnt receive a email informing me of it, must have got lost or been an oversight. I thought it unlikely at the time that theyd forget, they have never have yet, but thats why i was a little miffed at the time, so i retract my previous message and once again award the high kudas that ive always given Spin Palace and the Palace group. :thumbsup:
