Hi everybody,
i am having a major problem with spin palace casino at the moment,
and i hope that someone can help me or at least give me a good advice.

last month i won more than 3000 bucks hitting a number on roulette,
afterwords i went to the cashier to withdraw my money,
which was no problem as usual.

after two weeks i still didn't get paid out.
back then, i still wasn't too worried, as i know that some casinos take lot of time until they send you your money.
so i thought it wouldn't be a big deal if i play again.

"knowing" that my money was on the way, i made a new deposit (which was no problem as well!)
and luckily i hit a number again,
about 3500� for the second time
so i won more than 6000� in less then three weeks.
of course i tried to withdraw my money again.
this has been like 10 days ago.

two days ago i logged in at spin palace too see what is going on with my money.
my account was logged.
at least i could get in contact with the live chat to ask him what is going on with my account and espacially with my money.
the only thing the guy said was,
that they don't have to explain anything,
it's a manager's decission and if i have any doubts or questions i can take a look at their conditions.
i asked if at least my money was on the way,
but he said that follwing to their conditions the casino has the right to keep any winning and sent me a link.
that was all, he didn't reply to further questions.

so what can i do now?
i did nothing wrong! i was playing with my own deposits.
i didn't had a bonus and didn't even play with any strategies or something,
i just placed a bet of 100 on a number and had luck for two times.
that's all.

i wrote this to let everyone know to take good care playing at spin palace because as you see they don't think it's necessary to let you know about how they make decissions.
and of course i would presuade it a lot,
if anyone has an idea how to get my money after all.

They are advertise that they will give you $ 1,000 if you register!

That's a VERY BIG LIE!!!

Company "Spin Palace Mobile Casino" they have taken my money + my winnings and block my account! I will like to explain my situation!

I have an Canadian phone plan, when I'm downloading App's on my iPhone the App Store give me automatically app's in English not Romanian!
I have download this App (Spin Palace) from App Store (Apple.ca), I just wanted to have so fun!
This Company, they advertising so nice, 1000 $ Bonus if you just Register and Play!

The big problem is that I can speak good English but Write and Read it is not good! The don't want to hear nothing and I did not understand the Terms and Agreements, because they don't have nothing in Romanian language! I call them so many times, but they refuse to help me!

They are very sneaky, to let you to fall into their trap, I did register and I transferred my first $ 150 in to my account in this casino they give me an 100 % extra of $ 150 = I had happily total of $ 300. I have play the $ 300 and l did not won!!! :-(
Next, I have place my second amount of $ 530 and they give me an other amount 25 % $ 182.50 total of = $ 712.50.
I went to play Roulette, I bet $ 500 and I have win = $ 500!!!!!

My total balance in my account: $ 1,662.50

Now the big problem is that I wanted to Cash Out 'Withdrawal' to my bank and on my account are saying, ( Withdrawal Not Allowed )????
You have not met the minimum play through required for you to perform a withdrawal?
I have call them 15 times and ask them what is the problem? And I ask them what is the minimum play required then to be able to cash money out? They have said that I must play for every game minimum of $ 10 for 6043 times? I have count that and it came out of total amount: $ 60,430???

I ask them very kind, to give me back my money and they have said: While reviewing your account, we noticed that you were previously advised that our Banking Department is unable to assist you with regards to removing the Bonus from your account, as well as refunding the Deposits made. You must play, that all you can do!
I have sad that, I don't want to play again and they have said: Regarding your account being locked!

My account is now closed, all my money + the winnings total of = $ 1,662.50 are taken...
I have deposit total of $ 680... :-(

This Casino is very smart to take all my money and they are playing me by there ones rules and not give me any help or understanding of letting me to withdrawal my money in to my bank!

Please guy's be carful do not register and not agree with the terms!!!

I'm sorry but I have to agree with the casino on this one. The terms and conditions of Spin Palace (and any other casinos which offer SUB) clearly state the wagering requirements if you accept an bonus. Just because you cannot read English is at no fault of the casino. Would you sign an contract in person without fully understanding it or having a translator?

Secondly, a $500 bet on roulette while using a bonus may not be permitted under the T&C or have a significantly lower rollover requirement.

Whilst their support may be outsourced to South Africa, the company is not

In the future, It is best to start a new thread rather than bring up an old one from 5 years ago.

Unfortunately you have learned the hard way; as many people do, that it is important to read and understand all the terms and conditions before you play. This is especially important for any bonus that you take. Don't be hard on yourself, this happens to a lot of people at a lot of very reputable casinos. In your case, The casino is right. You did not read the terms and broke the rules.

If you have difficulty with English then have a friend help you, or find a casino from the accredited list that has their T & C published in Romanian so you can understand them. It is good to know that while many casinos publish in multiple languages, the terms often state that any translation error is not their fault and the English version is binding.

Ok, but you don't understand that also before I get the Bonus, I call them and they have told me nothing about the rules of the Bonus! Come on ho in this world wants to have something with there Bonus??? I guess nobody, right?
They are smart, they have an Casino and they are finding people that don't have an clue about there Bonus!

Let me get this straight. Alan, you said that they closed your account with a balance of $1600+ and didn't refund your deposit? Are you sure your deposit didn't get refunded? How did you deposit, by credit card?

Roulette only counts 5 or 10% towards wagering requirement if you take a bonus. You didn't read the terms, no foul here. You tried to withdraw without meeting WR thus voided your balance. You should have kept on playing. Maybe ask the rep to reinstate the account as it was when they closed it, now you understand what you did wrong and have a go at completing your WR. Either way given your large cash balance I would consider it unfair of them to keep your deposit too, especially as it seems you had a cash balance exceeding it.
Don't rage against their customer support, politely ask the rep what he can do for you. And learn to ALWAYS read terms and conditions!
