Spin Palace good experience

    Thought I'd give spin palace a try again today, after closing my account with them late last year over a 4 week payment fiasco.

    Got onto chat which was answered within a minute, asked for my account to be reopened, CS came back after a few minutes to say, no problem it will be done.

    Within half an hour I was up and running and had a good run on roulette, so decided to cash out and saw that they have a 24 hour reverse period (and we all know what happens here :p ). I'm thinking how the hell am I going to keep away from the reverse button for 24 hours! so back on to chat, worth asking to see if they'll flush it, yeap no problem it's done :thumbsup:

    Now if they'll refund back to my UK visa which their website says should not be a problem, I'm one happy customer :)

    Will keep everyone posted once payment hits my bank, but so far so good, spin palace are on the up.

    Thought I'd make my forum debut on this thread.........I've been a VIP at Spin Palace for at least a year. I've had too many transactions to count, and withdrawals up to 5 figures. I've been consistently paid within 24 hours of withdrawing or flushing (when I exercize that self-control). The very few times when it took longer than 24 hours, a quick email was all it took, and, they answer emails within minutes. Most importantly, I just seem to hit some really great jackpots on their site.
    Praise where praise is due:thumbsup: (and it doesn't hurt that I just got paid again today):D

    I believe The Palace Group is the tops in this online casino business. I play there VERY often. I cannot say enough good things... Their fast payouts are prompt and I'm very impressed with Dean, the VIP Liason and the entire support staff.... :thumbsup:

    still the same old crap

    so the first payment was made to my VISA confirming they can do it, however 3 further payments (one from mummys gold) went to NETeller even after CS assured me they will pay back to VISA.

    so looks like the same old crap from the Palace group they do what the hell they want never mind what the customer wants. Emails to both casinos asking what's going on remain unanswered!

    Back to 32Red for me...

    the first payment they made on the 12th never turned up in my bank account, several exchanges of emails later they tell me it was rejected.

    repaid on 25th and still no sign in my bank account, each time they say it's not their fault but that of the ecash merchants (same story they gave me back in Dec 05)

    now if a service provider gave me this rubbish service 5 months on, they'd soon get the boot up their arse.

    once I get me money, Spin Palace can go and SPIN :mad:

    I actually reloaded Spin Palace on Monday because I was waiting for a cashout from Ruby Fortune (I never reverse a withdrawal).

    I don't know how you guys get your cashouts in under 24 hours from these guys. It took 48 for mine, which is ok but Lasseters and 32red were a lot quicker (none of the reverse withdrawal time BS).

    Hi there,

    SpinPalace worried me... i've about 2600$ in processed withdrawal by Eft. One shoot of 700$ was sent on 18 May, they told 3-5 business day but now we are up to 9... also another 200$ and many more to go up to 2600$.

    But, never nothing showing in my bank statement.. they always report to tomorrow (Operation Departement) for checking what's happens with these fund.. all my info is right like bank infos and etc..

    And now today, they told me my 1rt withdrawal via Eft have been declining by the bank for bad Transit... wow, that's the first time seing that. All my infos was right, and have also send her a Check Specimen.

    I don't know if i will re-play here...that's the first time i play other plan than golden palace...and bang serious problem!!! .....

    The most of them, like any gambler...i really need this fund!
    Anyone can do anything for me :( I'm starting to cry lol..
