Spin palace 'forfeit deposit T&C'

While I respect Casino rights to set T&C, I think the following at Spin Palace is a little bit harsh. Further. Spin palace is in the recommended list.

"Wagers on craps, all roulette games, sic bo and all baccarat games are not counted when calculating if the wagering requirement has been met."
"If an excluded game is played before completion of the above wagering requirements, the casino reserves the right to void all play and close the account, and require the player to forfeit the deposit."


Of course Casino has the right to forfeit bonuses / stop withdrawal of deposit if wagering requirement is not met, but the "close account, void all play and forfeit deposit" requirement does not seem fair.

If Player is not allowed to play "roulette, sic bo etc", then the software should prevent them from playing the game altogether.

If their admin software cannot tell between normal wager and "roulette etc wager", then the software needs to be fixed...

I question if this casino meets the rigorous technical and fairness criteria required to be listed here...
