I was playing casino Holdem live dealer on spin palace. I was betting every game, $30 on ante and $30 bonus. Eventually I got 3 kings on the flop, but for some reason the little confirm button would not show. So I could not confirm bet, thus forcing me to automatically forfeit the hand. Out of all the hands when I actually got a bonus this happens and my internet connection was fine. I immediately went on chat and told them the situation. They than told me to send an email to their support with the screen shot of the play check, which I did. I can't remember what happen but I remember I was waiting for a reply but a personal event happened and I have to take a leave of absent for 4 months. As soon as I got back home, I checked my email and still no reply. So I emailed them again and eventually I got an email back stating something along the lines of (I lost that email for some reason I'm still trying to locate the email to get the actual quotes), "the host actually agrees with me cause who in their right mind would forfeit that hand, but it's a software issue so pretty much bad luck for me".
im just still speechless. Like...... Speechless.
