Playing on Spin Giene earlier and made a withdraw but my balance stayed the same. Message tells you if you go under your withdraw amount it will be cancelled. For example if your balance is £50 and you withdraw £30 your balance will still be £50. If you keep playing and your balance drops under £20 your deposit will be cancelled. Not had this with any other casino and it seems really silly.

yeah spintee and others have also brought this issue up before, i personally don't like it one bit as also because they dont flush the withdrawals and you can't claim the bonus as if u do you will still play cash and withdraw gets cancelled

I have 3 rewards to be claimed and a very small wd waiting, now i would love to just do a few spins on gonzo but not possible as have to wait 48 hours

Thanks

If Spin Genie would only change this system by moving withdrawals OUT of a players account on request, they would be a great casino

I actually had a fantastic experience there when I joined a few months ago - deposited £50 and ended up withdrawing over £1,000. But I could've happily sat and played that lot off due to the ridiculous withdrawals.
Thankfully, I went elsewhere and waited until the withdrawal was processed (which the management did well within the allotted 48-hour pending period).
The site itself is clean and stable, and the CS are very good. They just need to up the game selection and fix the damned withdrawal process. Then they'd be top notch.

Yep totally agree!

These reason you list are the main reasons I've yet to even make my first deposit there.

If they fixed these silly problems then they'd probably see a little of my weekly gaming budget, guessing I'm not alone on this one so they could be losing out on a small fortune over something so trivial.

More revenue for the casino maybe they could advertise their casino on a TV channel other than 'Spike' lol

Yep that's the only problem, Your stuffed from taking any bonus you have built up while pending withdraw, I have found another flaw also, If you leave the bonus game and than hit another bonus up the board than I could not get back into the bonus game, Claiming the cash and free spins seem ok but just the bonus game,

The rep from there is great & Was told there working on some other stuff for the site :) Abit of a shame about the lack of games but I would prefer this than a site with more games but constant errors as at the minute the site runs flawless,

Another thing is that it can take up to 48hrs (working hrs) for withdraw and believe me they do try and use every bit of that 48hrs :) But as soon as it leaves account its always been into my bank the next day, It is a great site, Small and simple but does the trick, I wait and see what they pull out the hat as at the minute I have done all the levels so no extras, Low they have many of deposit bonus & I believe its 30xb, In fact they had a 100% today which I took :)

Cheers for the update Spintee

and good luck with your 100% match

Keep me updated if they add new games please, sites I do not play tend to fade from my memory quite quickly at my age :p

Will do, It is one that is on the top of my list at the minute, It runs great and rep always has been brilliant, That 100% went this morning along with 3 more deposit bonus on other sites, Has been a good day for bonus's but could not hit a win no where, Thats 17 deposits from the 3rd and not one withdraw

Thats it now for a few days I think, It can take the biscuit sometimes,

Good luck if your having a game,

Fell for that annoyingly earlier. Wouldnt be soooooooo annoying but because i originally withdrew on the Thursday just gone (just before midnight to at least give it 1 of the 2 business days required to be processed, the other business day was going to have to be a monday obviously ) .
But no, stupidly an hour ago (1am saturday morning) i clicked on a £5 free bonus i had 'earnt' cause i wanted a few spins to pass the time, not on gonzo but on piggy riches :D .

Of course, the first spin came out of my ''pending withdrawal'' thus automatically cancelling it the previous 24+ hours pending. So now i've had to cancel the £5 bonus and immediately re-withdraw the what was a pending withdrawal, assuming that it will now be tuesday evening that it will step over the line and actually into a 'processed' state.
Now it's another 4 days of avoiding touching it due to the weekend lol. i am not sure i am that strong!

Sorry to hear about the temptation, I am exaclty the same,

I am in contact with the rep & He did send me this the other day after I stated that the whiten two business days is a bit misleading but he stated this?

Thanks for the message Terry, I'm very sorry to hear your disappointment.

Just to confirm, withdrawals are subject to a 2-working day wait for processing, what this means is that if you withdraw on a Monday then your withdrawal will be processed on Wednesday, Tuesday withdrawals are processed on a Thursday and so on.

There is no set timing within the day on this, for example you may withdraw on a Monday night and be processed on a Wednesday morning so it's not always 2 full working days or 48 hours, it really depends on workload as to the time of the day they are processed.

But have been informed they are working on the site with things to come including more games :)

I can live with that time frame but it would of been nice for it to be abit clearer, At least the site does run good and not trying to fit a trolly of food into one bag,

I agree that the money sitting into account is a silly one,

what i do is in these situations, find another casino with a good bonus offer n deposit there and play min stakes when i get bored

it is awful though, seeing the withdrawal in balance can be very tempting and i think they know that

asadzareef89.

I would normaly do somewhat of the same when bored and itching for a play. Only it's the end of the month and spin genie had my last tenner until the month is over ;) ah well i should of just not risked trying the £5 bonus until the withdrawal had been processed.

yeah i understand, hence i dont play spin genie anymore, if it was my last tenner i would stick it at either guts, maria, thrills, lenny, betat, verajohn(most probably) cuz they all process withdrawals in a matter of minutes to few hours so if i get lucky i can withdraw and play on

But try n not play out all the withdrawal as thats what they want so dont give them the satisfaction

I asked once and they said they were trying to work on a system but that was abt 2 months ago

Yes, If you are on your last bit of change slam it a casino with fast withdraw, Guts, betspin, and use an e wallet, That way if you get a win you can have the cash very quick and try out next place,

Players are coming to realize that these pending times are not good and places are going to lose a hell of a lot of players, This is due to there greed or not got the facility's to sort it,

Yea it was the 500% that attracted me, and well with a tenner it was a win win being a lowroller with a £60 starting balance. I couldn't see the £10 lasting long anywhere else lol.

I must say though, respect where it's due, the rep had replied to me some hour ago, and has been overly helpful in response to my essay i left in their inbox that they would have woken upto this morning :notworthy

So a  to the SpinGenie rep here.

Yes the rep is top class, There is a few threads about genie if you had a quick search, I have stated about the bonus & how it works,

Yes 500% sounds tasty, Do not find many of them going about now days

yeah i originally just played the freespins on signup out of boredom. somehow i won £85 odd on twinspin out of them, and wasnt to far out of wagering the few thousand required on that £85. It was your comments Spintee on here that made me look at the site to begin with to be honest ;)

After those no deposit spins an email came suggesting a 1st deposit bonus of 100%. not many days after an email came suggesting a 200% bonus. then some days later an email suggesting the first deposit Bonus now being boosted to 500%. ideal when skint :D On the flip side, i am now heavily addicted to Piggy riches lol

Well looks like piggy isnt the only person its got than, Been real tight recently & done me right in,

Withdrawal

I'm currently in limbo waiting for a £1600 withdrawal from spingenie. I requested 8.40am Wednesday and had to send my I'd and the verified this last night. Trying not to get itchy fingers and play any of it. I'm just hoping the withdrawal goes through ok

They do pay but the balance sits in your account and if you play 1 penny of it the whole withdraw is cancelled and you have to start the pending period all over again. its the one very bad thing about an other wise pretty decent site. And was enough for me not to deposit there further until they change the ridiculous way they process the withdraws. It is geared up purely to give you as much enticement as possible to play it back. You don't need to even request a reverse you just need to spin  very bad practice in my book.

But so long as you have not Self excluded from any of the other casinos in "Bear Group Ltd " you should not have an issue. If you have self excluded and they pick up on it you could be looking at deposits back only.

They are safe as houses as far as i am concerned - paid 2500 off a £30 deposit within 3 days. No issues ever. They pay and are regulated correctly. Only issues there games selection is limited.
