Spin Genie??? No live chat,Cant Load site,etc

So i got an e mail from this new site spingenie.com offering me 50 pounds bonus funds for a ten pounds deposit. So i took the offer up and also received 20 free spins no deposit on any netent slot on the site. Keep in mind the site also has igt slots but that's it so its either play netent or igt. So on my last spin out of the free 20 spins the netent software wouldn't finish the last spin no matter what net ent slot i opened. So at this point i had 15.60 in bonus funds from the 19 free spins and my cash balance of 10.00 and my deposit bonus of 50.00. So i had to play igt slots with my funds because the 15.60 was stuck in the netent software. So you think you would be able to just ask live chat like ninety percent of other casinos out there. Well that was not the case, Instead the live chat icon just showed them as offline the whole day so i emailed them only to get a response 24 hours later saying they has fixed the netent stuck spin and funds which they had and i now have the funds from net ent and can play the net ent software again. Also i managed to beat the 2500 wagering on the site eventually dipping into the 50.00 bonus funds and i now have 170 pending for withdrawal. How ever today i logged on and still not once has live chat ever been online and now i cant even load the site on any computer or browser and i have tried everything clearing cookies disabling connection the whole nine yards.

I guess i will just have to wait a few hours and see whats happening maybe the site is down?

Has anyone else had these bad experiences joining these brand new net ent site were its seems like there is no staff around eveything is a little bit glitchy and it almost feel like the site is not run by a company but some guy in his shed.

Thanks for the reply and everything is sorted now just a shame nearly 48 hours later and my withdrawal is still sat pending. Please sort the livechat out if your going to have the option available then why is live chat permanently offline. Basic things you expect a casino to provide are not there. Now lets see how bloody long this withdrawal is gonna take predict about a week.lol

EDIT: Ten minutes after i wrote this post i received an e mail saying my withdrawal has been processed.

Im having issues with spin genie today after depositing £90 last i finally managed to hit 2 decent bonuses on monzuma netting me £640. (Yay!) As this is my 1st withdrawl ive had to verify which was done within 45mins which was good but now my money is still pending and to add insult to injury ive withdrawn £40 to see if monzuma had any f**ks left to give.. dropped a bonus on 90p the crash! The site has been in some kind of maintanance for the last 2hrs which has left me very very bloody upset.. i will be setting a cooling period and then resigning from this casino as im fed up and feeling extremely petty..*shrugs

Get your withdrawal then play elsewhere. Spin genie have no ****s to give lol

But as always sites do go down, Its not ideal and can piss us off but the errors etc are here for ever I am affraid

Don't worry, they always process w/d's next working day, so always inside 24 hours.
You'll get your dosh. Affiliate nonsense aside, they are decent casinos. They will always send you a nice text or e-mail when they've done so too, which I like.

Ok Ive now managed to flip the £40 i withdrawed and now have £1050 pending so yh ive healed like wolverine.. set the cooling period now waiting patiently for it to hit my account I forgive you spingenie pls keep the wins coming.. lol

Nope, I haven't. If you remember back then, they had a batshit-crazy accounting system on their site, whereby if you withdrew, it would NOT come off of your balance and still be there to play with. Because of that, I made a withdrawal and took a 5 quid bonus. This then brought my pending w/d back into play meaning by the time I had wagered 150 I had lost a fair bit of my w/d.

They rung me and refunded the original w/d about 129 IIRC. They then said they'd inherited the crazy w/d system and were going to change it.

After I got the w/d I pissed-off and never went back.

So a year later, I checked back and the new people had sorted the w/d system so it worked like any other normal casino, sped up the w/d's and added WMS!!! Happy days!:thumbsup:

P.S. Bit unfair to bring-up an 18-month old comment when since then they've been run by new people.

So yes, my present opinion stands, the affy side has a questionable attitude but the 4 sites SG,BGT,Spingo/Pocket Fruity are fine from our perspective.

This should explain to you all why the mods don't like cross-posting between threads and bringing old ones up instead of beginning new ones.
 
I tested out BGT games and all went good, Withdrawn a little and no problems there, No ewallets but can use pay by phone, I would not advise players to start to get into that malarkey,

If I remember correct there was a thread long time back about somebody getting into serious debt by paying by phone, Do not get me wrong it is a good idea as a one off or convenience if waiting on a win or ruining short on cash flow,

IIRC I contributed to that thread/issue with examples.

Its a bloody DEADLY deposit method, mainly for any up and coming possible problem gamblers.

Given that the UKGC feel that CREDIT card deposits are OK, and that it's even OK for casinos to use the stick of no promotions to encourage credit cards over eWallets, I expect phone pay is also OK. It doesn't seem that the UKGC have looked deeply enough into the issue of allowing "bottomless" deposit methods that allow players to lose money that isn't theirs. Perhaps they feel that the ability for players to set limits is good enough, but a gambler with a developing problem isn't going to voluntarily prevent himself from playing by setting a limit, he will play till it's physically impossible to get a deposit through. Only then will he be forced to stop playing and begin to reflect on the fact that he has spent every penny he can get his hands on. The problem with things like phone pay and credit is that not only has he spent every penny, he is also in maximum debt, and this will really bite later on when it can't be paid back. Too late then to think about setting deposit limits.

RG should really ban the direct use of lines of credit at casinos. It might not stop the most determined, but it will mean they have to put some effort in, and this will involve taking a break from the games in order to achieve an indirect credit funded deposit, which might be long enough for them to come down from the rush or the chase and see some common sense.
