Spin Genie ...conned on Jack and Beanstalk

Hi all

Looking for your thoughts on a situation I encountered with Spin Genie. I was playing Jack and the Beanstalk slot and hit what I believe to be the jackpot in terms of the game. Hopefully you can see my attached image. This image shows the point where the game froze and "game not currently available" message showed up. You can clearly see I have hit 5 harps on the bonus round. The harps expand and then dominate the screen. It's not possible to hit better than this. At this point, as is visible in the photo, I contacted customer service and was advised to re-load. I did so and resumed the spins. I won only £50!!! After hitting the best possible play! I think I've been totally done here in all honesty as I have seen others get 500 odd quid from a 20p spin with 3 harps or so. Any thoughts on this are appreciated as I am somewhat of a novice gamer. I had read a few comments on here about Spingenie and their ridiculous max winnings etc.

The harps had landed and then automatically expand ...so that would create a full set of harps. I'm raging to be honest as feel I've been totally conned here. As I was new to the game at the time I didn't realise the significance of it. Being paid £50 for that set is a farce. You will also see I already had 18 won. So they only paid out 30 more. I will look to try and take your advice.
 
Well they will be able to check the logs to see what the actual payout was. If it was a malfunction e.g displaying the wrong symbols for the actual win which alas does happen from time to time then that would suck but dont think anything would be done on that. Not saying that is the case here just pointing out. E.g malfunction voids the wins.

If its not then the netent logs from the server will show the correct payout and you should get paid.

I had this one time years ago @ a MG casino where got display for a decent hit the game was Beach Party @ Platinum play. They went through to MG who confirmed the win .. and they coughed up my readies around a week later. They should be able to get you the answer on this. And as much as I loath Spin Genies withdraw process they seem a very stand up outfit who wont screw you over.
 
Honestly, I've never been a big fan of Spin Genie. I find that it has a lot of problems like this. As said above, you're probably best contacting someone in charge so they can help you out.
 
I have contacted the rep who replied very quickly on Friday. I sent him all the info re the spin and when it happened and he has said he will investigate. I'm awaiting the response. Assume I'll hear on Monday.
