So was on chat and the system still down and they cant help me on any thing to do with my account Said come back in a hour I try then and see if the updates are completed .Why answer chat if the computer system does not work ? very odd practice
I personally would play elsewhere, nowt major to grumble about to today but trust me you will save yourself a good few paracetamol in the future
Although 'trustable' not a very knowledgeable or professional setup IMO.
Maybe to help you / their customers with information and not requests?

Although I never like to hear of fellow CM Members losing, I am glad I am not the only one!

Upon being forced to play Uk casinos following migration of accounts I played Spin casino and their flagship casino (Betway)
Every deposit, Instant lose, no game play, problems with deposits going through, banging my head up a wall with live chat, just a nightmare in general.
Deposits are meant to be for relaxation, enjoyment etc but with these guys it was the exact opposite, hence the reason I closed my accounts (which I never do ) and my original post/advice on this thread.

Admittedly I've made a small handful of negative posts myself about these guys but not without justification. They are bloody useless.
