Spearmaster Help With Blackjack Ballroom

I must be going blind. I am looking for the Meister's non recommended list. I find the Reputable and The Evil, but don't see the non recommended. Can someone point it out?

The lights, etc., are not a big issue for me, though quite impressive. I've been playing in Vegas for more than 30 years, trolling primarily for comps and paying for them with the very small margins of blackjack and, more recently, VP. I figured the online cash bonus was the equivalent of a comp.

Deadeye:! Oooh I tell you, set me loose in vegas and know that you will loose the dog, the cat oh, and the bankroll! I like sparklies! *giggle* Ithink it is the crow/raven in me ! But seriously. My first online attempt was so filled with parranoia! "What if they steal my id, what if I don't get my money back, what if I get a virus, what if I never hear from them". And you know, today, I am sure all of those things are still as valid as 8years ago when online casino's REALLY was a baby getting on it's feet!

I had a conversation with someone very senior while I was in Barcelona last week - and for some reason he was not aware that his colleague had promised me that the autoplay restriction would be removed. He told me he would ensure that this was taken care of within a couple of days.

As of today, based on the links that Macgyver kindly posted above, the autoplay restriction appears to have been removed. If anyone should find any further references to restricting Autoplay, please let me know.

And for the record, they are not removed from the non-recommended list at Casinomeister. The casino group as a whole has remained aloof about this whole issue. When I contacted their marketing people (for the 2nd time about this matter), they referred me to the casinos' toll free support....

They didn't confirm me yet that they won't try to hold me to retroactive wagering requirements again (like they tried two times on my Blackjack Ballroom account) and that I indeed have no wagering left on my zero-balance account. Until I get confirmation that new rules aren't retroactively applied, I'm not gonna play there again.

I am just astonished. I tend to think they would relish the chance to converse with player community and particularly the Meister.

I really appreciate the efforts of Spearmaster to get the autoplay restriction lifted. And in light of what The Smiler posted, I really appreciate your stand on keeping them on the non-recommended list.

It looks like there was a combination of speed reading emails and not following up on changed webpages being uploaded. I already received a couple letters of explanations and apologies this morning.

That's good. While they are communicating, is there any chance on getting them to commit to not retroactively apply their bonus terms? See the Thesmiler post right above ours. This has been a problem for a long time and surely can't be in anyone's best interest.

They have assured me that they will not apply bonus terms retroactively. They admitted that there have been human/programming errors in the past, but this is not their policy - it was purely accidental.

I do not foresee any further problems with this group.

Hi all!
This morning I wanted to redeem some bonus points, so I had a chat with a CR representative in order to know the wagering requirements.
Just for your info I noticed that the autoplay restrictions were still on: it doesn't affect me because I do not use it. It's just to let you know.
Have a great day!

Which casino? Please post the URL to the t&c page. Thanks!

I have an account at Lucky Emperor and was not sure about the terms for redeemed credits (now I know that they're considered like any other bonus: while in other casinos like 32RED the WR is just 4X).
The info was given in live chat this morning. I've checked the Casino T&C right now and haven't found the same contents.
Maybe it's just a case of poor internal sinergy and the girl made a a copy and paste of the old requirements.
In any case this is the kind of feedback that a player can still get when inquiring about bonuses.
As Speramaster wrote above, let's give the lads 48 hours.

I've also checked all of the links I posted on page 3 of this thread and none of them have the autoplay restriction listed any more in that third paragraph.
