Spadester.com issue- I NEED HELP!

    PLEASE HELP ME BRIAN BAILEY

    Here is the problem. I signed up at the 10th of january because of the 4 dollar
    no deposit promotion at another forum. But since the 4 dollars where not in my
    account I thought that maybe I had to sign up my credit card to get it. And
    somehow I managed to make a deposit of 20 dollars. I immediately wrote an email
    about this misstake and I got an immediate respons that It was taken care of,
    they promised that no money was going to be deposited from my credit card (it
    takes 24 hours before the deposit is made so they had a lot of time to stop the
    transaction). A few days later I got a confirmation email about the 20 dollar
    deposit. !!! ok - they made a misstake no big deal as long as they make it right
    by putting my money back to my credit card. But after talking to live chat and
    being promised twice that I would be contacted by another departement within 24
    hours each time. They have NOT contacted me yet and this was a couple of weeks
    ago. ! So I descided to make a withdrawel instead - and it was pending but the
    20 dollars where put back to my spadester account after a week or so. I wrote to
    them again, and waited and wrote emails, tried to contact live help and wrote
    them messages via their live chat form as well. But nothing, not one respons. So
    me and my fianc descided to make another withdrawel. And there we are today the
    amount still pending it says in cashier at Spadester. and this email below is the
    last thing I heard from them. nothing about my
    real query. ;o(

    Are you saying you have not been receiving those emails?

    The rep has sent me a transcript of the emails they say they've sent. Would you like a copy? If nothing else then at least you'll know what they've been trying to say. Then maybe we can start moving forward with this issue.
