Hi all, I got a sow request from a Gammix casino or in this case Rant Casino got the request after trying to cash out 6,5k. They state until SOW is completed we have the right to hold your withdrawels. So I send everything to them and reverse the withdrawels and start playing again and had some big hits balance now 15k euro so I requested 6 withdrawels of 2500 each. What is the normal time frame for a SOW check? Do they have the right to hold my money until the SOW is completed?

So got a message that the document are approved but that I need to send a payslip and a bank statement from January. This because that month I deposit more then normally at other casinos from the Gammix group so this SOW check is for al the casinos from the casino group… wil be continued

So day 5 and still busy with the SOW check if this is the future of online gambling it’s time to call it a day I think.

So after sending al the documents they now ask for proof of income 12k in last January what arrived on my bank account. The problem is I don’t have access any more at this casino accounts where the money comes from so I don’t can’t sent them proof @maxd anything you can do for me in this case? In the meanwhile they are holding 15k in withdrawels hostage.

Checking ... Ok, Malta license so that's more or less a good thing. Needless to say that my first suggestion would be to describe your situation to them and ask nicely what can be done to get things moving toward you receiving payment.

If that fails then there's an off chance that me doing the same on your behalf might -- and I stress might -- help. In that case you'd need to file a PAB and I could look into it from there.

I tried to solve it with the casino but they say they need the proof of income, the other side is the funds they are asking proof for right now I only used in the past on other casinos of the Gammix group and not on this casino on this win. But they state that has nothing the do with it. Could I file a PAB @maxd? Maybe a third party could resolve this issue
