I have been having various issues with a casino I've been playing with, namely Pinkcasino.com. I do not know why I've persisted with them as they are really quite terrible, with miserly bonuses and shoddy customer service.

I have only been awarded two bonuses in around 15 months, which have amounted to around 2 percent of my deposits. There has been other irritations with them as well. What really annoyed me today, when I approached them with a request for a bonus and said I was planning on going elsewhere, is that they demanded that I reconfirm all my details, with scans of driving licences, utility letters and other paperwork, but also to confirm my sources of income in what seems like an astonishing level of detail.

Here is their email.

Thank you for your email and for providing your documents.

Unfortunately, we can not issue a bonus for you providing your source of income documents. We do require a copy of your previous 3 months bank statements, for the account that you have used to deposit on our site.

You have stated that one of your sources of income is your savings. We would require proof of how these savings have been accumulated, alongside a bank statement, showing said savings.

I understand you are self-employed and may not have a payslip to provide, however, we can accept an invoice for the work you have carried out, as further proof of your earnings.

They also said in chatting to them that they want a dated letter from a solicitor confirming entitlement of funds and a tax return.

I have not done terribly at the casino as well, with no withdrawals, so I can't understand why they would think for a second that I am laundering money.

I am simply going to stop playing with them, but it irks me that they've dangled giving me a bonus in front of me for some time and then when I asked them repeatedly to follow through on it, they've become passive aggressive and officious.

Thanks.

You might want to check out the accredited list of casinos on this website. Save yourself the aggravation....most on the list are trustworthy.

I originally based my decision to play with them on their trustpilot reviews, but I now believe the bulk of them are fabricated.

You'll notice they are all written in exactly the same style, which tends to suggest that they are not genuine. All the negative reviews meanwhile are detailed and varied, and based on that this operator should rightly have a single star and not, as they currently have, four.

I doubt even if you followed all their sudden kyc requirements whether they would give you a bonus, they could've just said 'I'm sorry there are no bonuses available atm'

Apparently this casino is owned by leo vegas? I thought they were meant to be a top operator. Letting someone gamble and lose for over a year and then when they have the temerity to ask for a loyalty bonus, demanding a solicitor's letter to prove your money in your bank account is legally yours  not the sort of casino I'd ever wish to play at - thanks for posting this and the the heads up Aiden

The ukgc have made a rod for player's backs, giving the casinos too much leeway to take the piss by not making sure everybody knows at the outset the new landscape and what's acceptable or not, where for instance have the ukgc announced that players who are self employed may/will need to hire a solicitor to complete the SOW process

If you are self-employed, this can be bastardly to achieve. What makes clear sense your end, doesn't when they read it.

Their attitude and policies seem far removed from that site though. It can take well over a week for a withdrawal according their site

Strange that they are so comparatively slow despite being in the same group of companies
