Few days back I registered with Blackjack.com to be able to try some of their blackjack games. I was mostly interested in Downtown LV and AC both 6 decks. Blackjack.com states 50% penetration, which is not as good as on land but for an e-casino is great.
I kept playing and playing for 45 minutes or so and waited for the shuffle to start the next shoe. It never came. So, I tried it again and didn't get it either. Since I was ahead just playing Basic Strategy, I would have wanted to open a "real" money account with them, but not before the shuffle issue was cleared.
I decided to e-mail Blackjack.com and ask them. They state on their website that they'll get back to you within 24 hours. I used the e-mail address posted on their website. All my e-mails were returned with the following error:

Ok, then I decided to call them and ask them directly. They don't have an 800 number, but a local Antigua number that's listed on their website. Numerous calls resulted in "we're not here" message, prompting me to leave a message.
At this point, I have decided to post a message here to perhaps find out somebody else's experience with Blackjack.com and/or prompt the e-casino to answer the question: How does one know when a shuffle has occurred?
I would not feel comfortable at this point having my money in their casino and I am very grateful I don't! I cannot contact Blackjack.com to answer me a simple question, let alone one that has to do with withdrawing money..
Any follow up to this would be greatly appreciated.
