SOLVED - Moneybookers deposit not credited and no response

This issue was solved in an hour after posting this thread. I love this forum.

I made a 1st deposit of 100 USD with Moneybookers at VeneziaClub casino. The banking screen timed out when I sent the money but it was succesfully removed from my MB account. However the money was not credited instantly to my casino account so I contacted live support. They told me that they would contact their supervisors, and it would be credited my account. I was asked to come back into live chat in 5-8 hours, which I did, but then they told me to "check again later"..

It has now been over 3 days and I've sent them 3 e-mails and still no reply. Their live chat can not help me. The money which I deposited there was never added to my casino account. This is frustrating as these issue should be IMHO corrected in a few hours, as it is very easy to check that they have received the money as I sent them the receipt. I have had never problems like this with Neteller but occasionally with Moneybookers.

Any tips? The casino does not respond to e-mail enquiries and the live support is unable to help me.

Don't think that I would be playing at that casino anymore then.

Yep, no answers to my e-mails in 3 days. Then after I posted this thread they sent me one saying "We are taking a look at the issue, be not worried". I made a withdrawal and I am not probably going back there, let's see how fast their cash outs are. They have quite strict policies on cash outs (e.g. 2 cashouts max per month + they claim to charge fees for withdrawals)

Update:

Once they had credited me the missing deposit I played some and ended up withdrawing a healthy sum. I made a withdrawal on 28/1 to my ewallet which they also advertise on their banking page. I checked my account today: they have yet paid me even after 30 days. :eek:

I sent all the required documents (Id+utility Bill) to their advertised support e-mail 27 days ago. No response. Today I asked their live chat about their Tel#, but they refused to give it to me and told me "We sorry" and "send us an e-mail". I guess if I would speak Spanish they would be able to help me better.

I started viewing their T&Cs once again, and found an odd term. They have copied of some of the terms from a Playtech casino "BJ Switch and Surrender do not count towards WR". This is totally irrelevant as they are using RTG software.. It is an understatement that this Venezia Club is run by a bunch of unprofessionals.

Avoid this casino at all costs. I will let you know if I ever see my money.
