This issue was solved in an hour after posting this thread. I love this forum.

I made a 1st deposit of 100 USD with Moneybookers at VeneziaClub casino. The banking screen timed out when I sent the money but it was succesfully removed from my MB account. However the money was not credited instantly to my casino account so I contacted live support. They told me that they would contact their supervisors, and it would be credited my account. I was asked to come back into live chat in 5-8 hours, which I did, but then they told me to "check again later"..
It has now been over 3 days and I've sent them 3 e-mails and still no reply. Their live chat can not help me. The money which I deposited there was never added to my casino account. This is frustrating as these issue should be IMHO corrected in a few hours, as it is very easy to check that they have received the money as I sent them the receipt. I have had never problems like this with Neteller but occasionally with Moneybookers.
Any tips? The casino does not respond to e-mail enquiries and the live support is unable to help me.
