But seriously, I'm finishing off a 32oz mt. dew, wishing I could go to sleep.

note to self: cut back on the mt. dew.

*steals your cheesecake and cats*

Good morning all! :)
I just woke up, now is 7.48 a.m. here in Belarus, and going to use my treadmill. I usually running approx. 3 miles every morning. Pretty bracing, I must say :D
Then will be cold shower (yes, yes! cold!) and substantial breakfast. My cousin is the chief cook at our local restaurant, and sometimes he say that I'm cooking better than he :D So my breaksfast will be delicious

Have a nice day! Wil keep you posted :)

Genuinely curious - what's in a Belarus Breakfast?

You know....we have full English breakfast fry-ups; the Continental breakfast of cold cuts and cheese and French specialties like coffee, preserves and croissants; in North America they enjoy bacon, maple syrup and waffles....so what goes into a Belarus start to the day?

Today it will be mashed potatoes, meat (pork, baked in cheese), salad of fresh vegetables and a glass of tomato juice.
Personally I prefer not to eat in the evening (after 6 p.m.), but eat god at breakfast and lunch.

The conventional wisdom seems to be that a good breakfast is important to provide you with energy for the day, so that sounds like a good start!

I usually have cereals and fruit, but have been known to breakout and really enjoy a giant breakfast with all the trimmings. Your cooking has inspired me and today may well be one of those breakout days!

Back to your orginal topic of "what are you doing right now?"

Packing....for London and ICEi.

You eat that for breakfast? It sounds weird to me, I live in the USA and our breakfast consists of cold/hot cereal and coffee or juice. Or of course like Jetset said "North America they enjoy bacon, maple syrup and waffles" and most include eggs.

Your breakfast is our dinner. :D

Right now I am trying to rearrange my livingroom, it's a tough task, it is very long and narrow, with a fireplace that we never use along the long wall, making the setup almost impossible. The furniture just never looks right. I just moved out the dogs crate that was in the corner (by myself, BIG crate) and put in a rocking/recliner. It still doesn't look right, I might bring down a bookcase from upstairs?

HELP!!! I will see if I can use paint and draw my livingroom, at least it will give me something to do and maybe you all can help me set up. :D

It looks pretty good to me, alot depends on where your outlets are, cable, phone, plugs and switches, i see where you might could do some small moving around but it looks good to me and if its working for you, why change:thumbsup: just spruce it up with some new throws and new nick nacks for the tables.

We dont use our fireplace either, so on the mantle i have pictures of the kids and on the brick hearth i have Jims collection of ceramic Mallard ducks and some potted plants, thats one way to make use of the fireplace if it isnt being used...............laurie

Nothing personal, but I'm really sure that this is one of the reasons why there are sooooo many FAT people in the USA. Eating RIGHT before to go to bed + lack of physical exercise is no good. That's why I'm running 5 kilometers every morning, swimming, playing football etc. I just don't want to be fat, and want to be healthy.

Swede is cooking tonight and we are having Mahi Mahi, Grilled Baby Bell Peppers and Spaghetti Squash. He has never seen a Spaghetti Squash before and it is a puzzlement to him. Watching him try to pierce it just now was a hoot. ( They are tough ).

He fancies himself quite a good cook but I have my doubts at times. I just got back from checking on him. Only peak if you have the stomach for it. :)
