I used to be a high roller, but I stopped gambling on line after the Neteller fiasco. I was thinking about getting back in, but wanted to guage the landscape for U.S. players. During my "hiatus" I wasn't really checking the CM forums very often, so now I'm trying to catch up.

I think I'm caught up now, and from what I've seen, it does not appear that there are any casinos left for U.S. players, with legal, reliable and timely methods for depositing and withdrawing. Is that pretty much the bottom line?

That would depend on where you want to play .
Inetbet is still the fasted payer in MHO . I have cashed out from micros and it took 3 weeks but I also didn't use my ECO which I heard goes much faster . Hopefully someone who has cashed out to ECO can let you [and me :)] know how long it takes.

This past Wed. evening around 8:00pm I cashed out $500 from Jackpot Factory. I had them flush the withdrawal and the money was in my ECO account the next day when I checked the account @ 11:00am.

I don't know what I was thinking. It wasn't Jackpot Factory it was All Jackpots.

Gibson, if you've managed to hold off this long, I'd probably wait another month or two to see if the Fed finally releases the official enforcement guidelines for the UIGEA.

There are some MGs and a very few RTGs that still take US players and process promptly, and one fully functional ewallet (ecocard). So you can do it, but things tend to keep changing.

That is probably what I will do. Its been a little over 6 months, so what's another couple of months. Also, just by chance, my business travels this year have brought me to cities that have land based casinos. Been to Vegas, New Orleans and Atlantic City on business. I've had the chance to gamble, so it hasn't been total withdrawl!
