Dear CM Members,

We'll be sending an email about this shortly, but as I know many of you play at multiple 32Red sites, I wanted to give you the heads-up here first. We've been left with a very short window to inform players and we obviously want to let players know as soon as possible to minimise disruption.

Following the acquisition by the Kindred Group and to help us centre attention on our core brands, we've taken the decision to stop offering the smaller brands that we operate on the Microgaming platform. The brands affected are Dash, Nedplay, Casino Splendido and Golden Lounge Casino.

Starting from tomorrow, we will be migrating active accounts from these brands as follows:

Dash/Ned/Golden --> Roxy Palace Casino
Casino Spendido --> 32Red Casino

As you would expect, any balances including bonus balance, loyalty etc will be migrated over. You will keep your existing username and password and payment details should also migrate across.

Players who already have an account at the target casino will still have their account migrated, but as per T&C restricting multiple accounts, they should contact us to close either the migrated account or the old one depending on their preference. Duplicate account may be locked automatically if you don't state your preference.

I appreciate this will be bad news for some of you who enjoy playing across brands, but I hope you understand that as part of a bigger group, it's sensible to keep control of the number of brands that we operate, especially when there are an increasing number of regulatory changes required to keep our brands compliant.

I know there are affiliates on here, so a quick note on that. I can confirm that affiliate tags will be migrated to the new destination casino and activity will continue. We'll redirect links from the landing pages once live too, but we ask that you please stop promoting the old brands for obvious reasons. We'll also be communicating this ASAP to your registered affiliate address.

Apologies for the late notice on this but we have only been able to secure a short window for this to happen technically. We'd have liked to give more notice, but unfortunately this wasn't possible.
