Not a good start to the multi-million pound Casino/Betting venture from News International. Twitter is plagued with unhappy punters as withdrawals are not being processed despite documents being sent in multiple times. Counted around 40 complaints from the last 24 hours of payments still pending and/or documents not verified over the weekend.

Being a UK based operation why on earth are they requesting so many documents from UK residents? A simple electronic search is sufficient.

Personally, my withdrawal from last Friday is still pending and having waited on their freephone number for just over an hour, was told it was top priority blah blah.

So just a heads up, if you want to place a sports bet in the near future I would choose someone else

Thanks for the warning. But why do you promote so much PT Casinos with predatory rules, rouged here at CM?

Maybe Nicola likes to give everyone a fair chance. It's even a bigger gamble when you're not quite sure if you're gonna get paid when you hit a big win. Sounds exiting ;)

I wasn't aware Sunbet was rouged? I know they are PlayTech based for casino operations but when I spoke to the operations team back in February they assured me would never introduce payment installments on progressive jackpots - something which is reflected in their terms and conditions.

it's understandable though - usually 'Playtech' and 'Rogue' appear in the same sentence at CM.

I don't know about them but you do promote a few other Playtech that are rogued here. To be listed as a Webmaster here that isn't allowed so maybe you should take a look again

    Sunbet isn`t rouged.

But please compare the evil PT casino list here at CM with your promoted PT casinos. I found some hits :)

Of course you can promote whatever casino group you want. Just a heads up for the members here.

Yes, and (Sh)itan casino is one of them. I hope to heaven no poor bugger here joins them and wins a progressive then gets stuffed for 33 years of gut-rot at 10k per month...:eek2:

To be safe I don't promote any Playtech Proprietary casinos, just the bookies who offer them along with other developers. I couldn't if I wanted to as the 96-hour pending on the proprietary Playtech casinos breaches my fast-pay conditions. I say again, there is a decent list of Playtechs in the accredited section here that are either big bookies who have the weight or proprietaries/multiplatforms without the rogue jackpot/instalment term. You can also play them at Sky under their 'casino' tab. Sky aren't promoted by most of us due to retrospective affiliate minimum sign-up terms but are fine for players.

If you're thinking of Playtech go here: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/category/playtech-9/

It's where I joined any Playtechs I ever player at in the past and you'll not get shafted if you are fortunate on the jackpot games.

Did you not check out the cash-out timescale and KYC efficiency BEFORE you promoted them?

Thank you for all the feedback I will address it over the next few days as a matter of urgency.

It's very easy to overlook a rogue operator, especially when in pre-site testing they perform so well on CS and withdrawals - but inline with community guidelines I'll act quickly. Nobody knowingly would promote a rogue casino, errors happen now and then - why would anyone undermine the authority that CasinoMeister has built over 18+ years?

This thread was intended to alert the community about Sun Bet - a company who started a £3m advertising campaign on ITV1 this evening. I felt the importance to share the delay information on withdrawals as any unsuspecting punter may see the advert and sign-up.

Yes, on launch they processed the first withdrawal within 2 hours. No documents were requested.

Since then, a backlog has built up as they only have 1 person during office hours who processes verification documents. This brings back memories of the problems at PKR when they switched platforms.

Seriously, you have been on CM for how long? and didn't see the list of rogued Playtechs like Titan you've promoted for ages!

The thing is Bryan lets us have this privilege link-signature on trust and on the assumption we'll exercise due diligence and abide by the rules.

It takes 2 minutes to slice the offending html out of your site, not days. :)

I have used several sites like Dunover and others in the past outside Casinomeister and only with you do I get the feeling you do not care who you promote but just want to get affiliates. I feel you have only raised this issue with Sunbets because you are still waiting on a withdrawal. Otherwise you would not have raised this issue.

Another example is a new casino that has opened which is private testing you state you can offer 50 accounts to first 50 people who contact you, your site operates like you're working for the casinos, not like others who are independant and not influenced.

Something just doesn't feel right. Just my opinion.

Not working for the casinos, but with them, to earn money. I guess most affiliates wants to do that but maybe not that aggressiv, and most in here are putting quality in front of quantity.

I note that Tabcorp are about to pull the plug with SunBets due to bad publicity and terrible financial results. That will explain a lot !

Their Customer Services is awful, especially the manager, David, he's bloody dreadful!

You may want to think about withdrawing. Twitter becoming rife with this news!
