Slow withdrawal from CasinoCruise

Thought I would try this place out (and hopefully provide some Minion data with a withdrawal) and I am starting to regret it.

I played Roulette and had a few lucky spins and requested a withdrawal for £800. They requested documents (as it was a new account) which I sent to them within minutes of their request.

It took until around midday the following day to approve the documents. It has now been a further 2 days and my withdrawal is still pending.

This is consistent with the existing Minion data and I would recommend that only patient players get involved unless they review their operating procedure regarding withdrawals.

Go to support and give em a nudge next time, I nagged and it seemed to speed things up slightly.

Never any real issues but I stopped depositing/playing at CC due to these issues.

Payouts were not majorly slow but definatley slower than 'advertised'

A friend of mine who I spoke to last week also said that they seemed almost 'reluctant' when dealing with queries.

I'm confident that you will get no major problems, after all CM wouldn't accredit a casino otherwise but I do think they need to 'pull their finger out'
