Slow Spins IGT and Netent @ Guts

    I've been playing at guts now for the past few hours but I have been experiencing lagging spins on every netent slot I play. Every 3 spins takes 5 to 10 seconds to land, and bonuses are lagging also.

    It was bearable but still really annoying,but then I switched to IGT and every spin is taking 5 to 10 seconds which is unplayable. I tried the rest of the software providers and they seem to be running fine.

    Is anyone else experiencing these problems at Guts or any similar casino with software hosted by EveryMatrix?

    yer ive been getting the same it doesnt kick you from server but makes you wait for a long time , ive been getting it only at guts on netent

    Thanks yes that what I'm experiencing , although got kicked from the server once playing DOA which was a good thing because it was playing horrible as usual.
    I reported it to support but they never had any other reports of the lag but they did pass it on to the technical department.

    Same issue here for Netent games, can't speak for IGT as I can't play them. It does get annoying.

    I played last night. gotta say, it was a real drag, literally and metaphorically - the spins took forever to load, just a lot of spinning reels - it was pretty painful lol.

    Never again I want to play when it's like that. I'm just glad I didn't give them more money than I did.
    I haven't played anything for over a week so I thought it would be fun. It was ruined :(
    Feel nice to complain a little. It doesn't happen that often ;)

    This has been happening since the 13th of November when they (Matrix) did a big maintenance and server change. Not sure if it if just happening at GUTS, has anyone played at Casino Luck or one of the other Matrix casinos etc lately?

    I still played a quite a few spins on my favourite Netent games but found myself playing more MG games than I usually do to get away from the lag and slow spinning as it kinda ruins the enjoyment.

    I went over to play my first session ever at Casino Luck and it was lagging there too. Not as bad as at Guts but it was slow.

    It does seem to be stable now, although this probably due to less players logged into the EveryMatrix server.
    Still its not good enough it does really spoil the session.

    More and more of the multi platform casinos are opening using EveryMatrix and its going to get worse.

    Last week when I played at Guts the Netent slots were running fine, it was the MG Quickfire slots that were dragging. Then the next time I played it seemed to affect both. But I agree, it kinda ruins the fun when the games are playing like that.

    I had the same issue with Netent slots on Guts too last week.
    But a day after they all ran fine again.
    Also I have experienced this on other casino's too.

    For example I have issues running MGS slots on Bet365,they are always slow and laggy for me although support tells me there is no issue.
    I have tried several browsers but nothing seems to work.

    And my laptop isn't a cheap one with a Intel I-5 dual core @ 3.1 Ghz and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 2Gb GFX card and 8 Gb DDR3 memory.
    I can run any PC game flawless on it but MGS slots lag all the time on many casino's I play.
    Got fiber broadband with a nearly non existant ping so no issues there either. ;)

    So I defo think it is a server issue either from the casino end or from MGS end.
    Dunno about that for sure though.

    i had mg problem over at guts the other week , but was told they were doing upgrades this was sorted , but netent still pauses plays a little the the dreaded ten 6- 12 second lag plays a couple of spins smoothly then back to lag again not helpful when your churning spins via DOA as its so boring )

    Here is thing when you say DOA is a little boring, which it is and we all know there is no quick spin in auto mode.

    But I've noticed in IE if I play any Netent slot and I look at another IE tab or window the slots go into quicker spins. This also happens with DOA which comes in handy.

    I dont know why everyone have this problem with GUTS.
    I played a bit in Game mode now and its working perfect.
    What internet connections do you guys have?

    I have to say i have one of the best connections in Germany.

    Also on GUTS? if i open 2 windows i can be 100% sure the other slot gonna run 5-10spins a minute its awfull slow, atleast with 2x netent slots, it barely even load the second slot without watching the window for the load bar.

    Hi Everyone,

    Sorry, I just saw this thread and no one PM'd me about any technical issues, nor did support contact me so I had no idea there were any problems. As Matt said Every Matrix did a huge migration earlier in the week and we had some problems until about 8pm that night but everything was good after that. Netent has been having some issues lately with their server centre and there is a downtime from Netent next week to fix the issue.

    Let me speak to my tech and see what I can find out.

    hi ben i didnt want to pm you over the weekend everyone needs a little time so thought it could wait until monday gathering that no one did pm you they more than likely thought the same ) as it wasnt that important , im aware there has been some updates but thx for looking into it .

    Well I sure do appreciate it but if there is anything please PM me as sometimes small problems can snowball especially if the problem is with one of our suppliers. I have sent emails to tech at Guts and at Every Matrix so I hope they can find the issue and fix it right away.
