Slow Pay... Pretty Disappointed

Won 3k at Cherry Red and it's today is the 10th day for wire transfer. They are being helpful and I am a presidential status, however, I was just told today that they are running behind and I am looking at 2-3 MORE weeks, past the 14 day time frame.

Sorry about that, keep lurking around this forum and you will save yourself the kind of hassles and sorrows places like the rushmore group induce

You wont get paid unless they manage to get a huge injection of fresh funds either in the form of a rich investor or deposits from other players. Even for the latter, they might just keep the money for themselves and continue to sweet-talk you into believing they are helpful and hoping you will deposit more. In essence, they are a bunch of liars and churn out excuses(some very innovative) and lead people to think they are technical problems when they dont pay even a few hundred bucks. Write off the $3k as bad debts.

I spoke with the manager and I understood everything that he has said. They are within the 10-14 day timeframe, so I am to call back on Sunday. I will keep you all posted on what ends up happening. I have to say, I hit a Random Jackpot with them years ago and never had to wait this long, nor, had any issues with getting paid before, so I have hope that this will indeed happen in a good way. I love the casino, I really do.. just hope this hassle does not go on for much longer. I need to play more!!!

That was then and this endeared them to many players. Times have changed and they just dont pay out anymore.They even resorted to using this forum as a platform to announce that all was well and players had all been paid. It was soon discovered that this was a big lie and they wanted to induce players to deposit by using the reputation of this forum. If you still believe in them by all means wait for your payment but dont deposit under any circumstances.

The manager LIED, as did the new rep in a brief appearance here.

Your problem is the PROOF that the rep and management lied to everyone a short while ago, as aparrently this was a brief isolated issue that was resolved, and the payment backlog had cleared. This was nothing more than an attempt to bring in more deposits so that they stood a chance of actually paying those players owed money.

This "phone back Sunday" is a stalling tactic intended to keep you quiet and hopefully not post about your problem on the internet as it might discourage others from depositing, which is necessary in order to pay you.

The main reason players eventually get paid is because there is still a trickle of deposits coming in. Payment is often made first to those who can do the most damage via bad publicity, so keeping on their back about this is more likely to get results than being patient. Make them think you will probably deposit again once you get paid, and that you will post about the eventual successful resolution of your issue on a discussion forum where you have asked for advice and views about this issue. If done well, your payment will be prioritised when they get some more deposits in.

Do NOT believe your own bullshit though, and actually end up getting tempted to deposit again after the expected gushing apology from your account manager and "guarantees" that this will never be allowed to happen again.:rolleyes:
