Bonus Complaint Sloty confiscated winnings and stopped responding

I couldn't find a Sloty representative among on the list on this site.

Here is what happened to me while playing on

I deposited 500SEK and got deposit bonus of 100% or 50% (cant remember and its not possible to see on the site). Had to click through a bunch of free-spins to be able to play Starburst for real money. I may have had about 10% (maximum, probably alot less) of my balance won from free-spins when i started playing for real (its impossible to tell from the game log on their site). Won about 5000SEK, turned over the deposit bonus and made a withdrawal.

Got an email saying they were confiscating 3000 of my 5000 SEK because of free-spin winnings.

The TOS says "7.The maximum withdrawal amount for a player from their Free Spins, that has made a deposit and wagered a minimum of $50 prior to their Free Spins being credited, is $200.”.

The TOS clearly apply to free-spin wins and winnings derived from free-spin wins, right?

My free-spin winnings were about 10% of 5000 SEK (ie 500SEK) and no money should have been confiscated.

I tried argue this point with their support but all i got was a second pre-written email, exactly like the first one. After that they stopped responding.

I have played in loads of casinos. This is the first time I have had money confiscated and by far the worst customer service interaction I have experienced.

This is why you should never play free spins when you have a bonus attached, you learned the hard way, if I take a bonus and I open a NetEnt slot and the box pops up saying
you have 100 free spins, then I close the slot and finish wagering making sure I never play those free spins until I am finished the current bonus, some casinos like Caddell
where it is 100 free spins on any NetEnt slot, I don't play any NetEnt slots while I am wagering for this exact reason, no chance of you getting paid I am afraid, a costly lesson learned for you.
