I made 2 deposit on 2 days. First with a Bonus(i was up to 840 i could withdraw, but lost all) and next day made a deposit of 100 Euro.
I won and wanted to withdraw 300, i was not sure if i had deposited before with neteller, so i put 20 Euro in again. Got an Email that my Account is verified
, but after this i got this email:

My name is Puneet, a member of the Risk team here at SlottyVegas.

Hope this email finds you well.

Having reviewed your gameplay leading up to your withdrawal request of €300 I have identified that you deposited funds into your account when you still had a significant balance. The deposits were of a value of € 20 and were placed on 24/08/2017

We kindly ask that provide an explanation for these deposits.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Can someone explain to me what have i done wrong? Played without a bonus, got verified and they ask why i deposit money??!!
Live Chat told me i have to wait for an answer from Puneet and they can do nothing?

Hi Klaus

Which deposit method have you used first to deposit? Was it alternative to Neteller? If you deposited the first time with neteller and the 100 euro with neteller as well, then I understand it raised suspicion to them.

Did you wager the 20 euro once after you made the deposit and then request withdrawal? If so then nothing should be an issue, if you did not wager the 20 euro once after the deposit,they could hold you for that.

BTW explained to them that you made another 20 euro deposit with neteller as you wanted to withdraw to neteller. Normally they allow you to withdraw to the last deposit method used.

Please advise which methods you used to deposit before you made the 20 euro deposit.

thank you for answering. I made a deposit before with neteller(i think), because they ask to send a screenshot from my Neteller Account to verify me.
Strange thing for me is that i got 3! times verified in their casino.I got 3 Emails... A guy called Vaughan verified me 2 times in about 6 hours..
I lost the 20 Euro.Before i deposited with a paysafecard.

Then let them look into the verification 3 times. Explain to them you only have one account, because they should be able to track your IP and the IP of other Vaughan as well.

Because they might just say you openeded duplicated accounts etc and then you get screwed over by apparently breaking their terms.

I never had issues with them and made 2 successful withdrawals. But stopped playing there because only netent available for me and because of their license i cannot play other providers on their site.
 
Vaughan has been with them from the get-go I think.

I can see why it might raise a redflag, but you had legitimate reasoning, and it was resolved quickly.

I have limited withdrawal options for my preferred method of deposits, but I was always happy with my play and support at SlottyVegas in the past.
