    Hi all. Ive always used Euro as when I signed up I managed to forget to put £, Well the other day I asked was it possible to use £ instead, I was told that they will close my account & to open up a new one, I done this and received an email with a 50% bonus & 30 spins free,
    I just made a £20 deposit and NO BONUS? I went to live chat and told me to hold on, I was than told they will refund my money and put any other deposits / withdrawals on hold, I am still waiting on the £20 to get refunded & it will not let me manual withdraw. They said they will let me no about whats going on,

    Any body else had similar issues?

    Well that's a bit daft of them :rolleyes:
    Maybe the "system" has flagged up a multiple account issue because they didn't properly sort out the close/open new account thing.
    Did you use the same email address to open a new account?

    Yes I did, Funny thing is that when I went to deposit they had my nettler number still in there? I had made no transaction in the few days I had the new one open,

    I'll bet that's what it is; your new account has automatically been flagged on their system because of the same email and IP address, and it's all went wonky.
    Slotty are rock solid though, I'm sure they'll get it sorted out. Doesn't excuse you having to wait or any of the other mess mate.

    You should mail BETAT rep here (I'm sure you know him lol), get him on the ball pronto :cool:

    Many thanks for the swift support, Checking my account I now see I can get to deposits / withdraws, But nothing looks like it has changed, Still £20 in there & see nothing in withdraw history? If you can just confirm whats actually been done, I received the bonus threw email & automatically thought it was sent to us all.

    Edit:: I no I was not entitled to a new deposit bonus or free spins,

    Since no withdrawal was requested from player side the process is slightly different. The withdrawal has been processed and a manual adjustment should have been done to your account so your balance is 0.

    I can see withdraw has now taken place, I did not understand the bit I have highlighted, As balance 0 now & you mentioned about (and also processed the bonus you would have received as a real funds withdrawal.)
