Wonder if someone could help me understand the new rules at Slotty and BETAT.

Bonus wagering applies only against bonus funds.

So.

If you're playing and haven't dipped into bonus funds, can you forfeit bonus and make a withdrawal, including any winnings?

I believe so but would appreciate clarity.

Presumably then max betting rules also don't apply until such time as you start playing with bonus funds?

Did search for a thread on this but couldn't see one.

Cheers.

- You are free to play with your cash balance as you please, no max. bet or game restrictions.
- You can withdraw at any time before touching the bonus money

11. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
11.10 Real funds do not contribute toward the wagering requirement of bonuses, unless specified otherwise.
11.11 When wagering in any games, real funds will always be used first prior to your bonus funds being used.
11.12 Awarded bonus funds will not be applicable for use on any games that have a Jackpot feature.
11.14 If you attempt to withdraw any or all of your real cash balance before the wagering requirement has been met, all bonus funds and "bonus winnings" will be lost, and the wagering requirement will be cancelled.
11.15 The amount payable in terms of bonus amounts turned into real funds will be capped up to a maximum payment value of €25,000 euros. Any amount surpassing the cap will be paid out solely at discretion of BETAT Casino.

However, i do not like this clause which is new in their terms:

11.16 All outstanding User Real Money balances, stemming from Bonuses made Real or other forms of monetary compensations will be capped at maximum monthly withdrawal amount of 10 times total deposited amount at the time of first withdrawal request or €25,000, whichever is lower.

So what if i deposited just 20$ in the respective month and after a good run i have a balance of 5K to withdraw?? According to this clause the max. will be 200$

Thanks. And good spot. I don't like that either. Sounds like an option to prevent withdrawals. So what happens of you win big? You lose some or do you have to deposit the following month just to make withdrawals?

Makes me somewhat uncomfortable although I know they're reputable it doesn't sound fair.

Hopefully they'll see this thread and expand on that term.

This one makes no sense to me. Its impossible to have "bonus winnings" without using the bonus funds!? So i only have "bonus winnings" if i had no real cash left and therefore there is nothing i can withdraw. :what:

"11.16 All outstanding User Real Money balances, stemming from Bonuses made Real or other forms of monetary compensations will be capped at maximum monthly withdrawal amount of 10 times total deposited amount at the time of first withdrawal request or €25,000, whichever is lower."

Would that not be the total amount deposited from the very first deposit?

It's probably a clause added to deter the 'hit and run' bonus abusers/syndicates

As usual terms written to be understood only by lawyers

But you are right, it is protection against syndicates.

i doubt that BETAT would hold a loyal player to those terms , as already pointed out to stop syndicates & bonus abuse i would of thought.

Any pmed the rep to get this clarified >>>?

I'm not a fan of that bonus system anyway. It's more like cashback than a bonus.

plus the wagering has effectively increased.

IIRC the wagering was 25x D+B.

So basically a 100% bonus on £100 , the wagering would be 25x your starting balance of £200 =£5000.
Now since the wagering doesn't start until you've lost half your balance, it's 30x £100 =£3000 - less to wager, but not half the amount and only half the bankroll to do it with

Serious case of deja vu here guys..

OP, wins with real funds are in no way tied in by taking a bonus. If you win with real its immediately withdrawable, all you will do is forfeit the applicable bonus.

Regarding the rest, we have tackled this recently in another thread. The term has been there since the start and is only a deterrent for syndicates for hit and run bonus abuse on first deposit.

Heres my previous reply:

Hi all,

Just caught onto this..

This is a deterrent for high risk hit & run collusive bonus players using the welcome pack. You know, the type of group that sign up through 10 accounts and play DOA at max bet simultaneously, surfing the fringe of the terms and conditions to maximize the chance of large cashout on the bonus funds. Unfortunately these type of players require us to set up an element of protection by having such terms in place.

As much of a deterrent it is, we have never enforced it in the 6 years we have been operating. Also, it is impossible for any frequent depositor to fall foul of it as it only applies to first WD.

Hope this answers your question..

Thats incorrect Brianmon,

WR went from x30B+D to x30B, so effectively it is the same on a 100% match considering the €6000 to wager with €200 became €3000 to wager with €100.

We have tried and tried and tried(and tried) to explain our previous system to players and reviewers alike, however the main complaint was always "Woowwwwww! €6000 to wager! no thanks! other casinos have €3000!!!!!", completely omitting the fact that the real funds will also contribute toward the requirement. Believe me, we've tried to educate, but it is a losing game.

Personally I like the new system better. Think of the bonus as a second chance! Of course that didn't stop me from getting a 46% RTP on yesterday's session but you win some and you lose some no biggie:)

Hi Karl

Many thanks for prompt response. Much happier now. Have a good weekend!

To be honest, i like it better too.

You can play with your cash funds as usual, without having to care for game selection or bet size and if you fail to hit something the bonus gives you an additional chance.

What is also unique to BET-AT is that should you go over the max. bet with your bonus funds they don't confiscate the winnings. .... Instead they just slam a 50X wagering on them, which is fair as you can still grind through them but are not faced with having the whole balance vanish into the virtual "nirvana"

No, the clause only applies to first deposit bonus and WD.

Have you deposited before at Bet-AT or had a withdrawal?

Its irrelevant either way. Depositing 20, i can guarantee to you that he isnt part of a high risk collusive network of players working together as a team in order to defraud the casino by employing abusive tactics ;)
