Slotstrike Pending Withdrawals

A couple of weeks ago I put £50 on Slotstrike, which I don't normally use. I managed to get some good wins and made three withdrawals totalling £730.
All of those withdrawals have been sitting there pending for the past two weeks, which I think is completely out of line.
It is virtually impossible to contact them. I rang their phone number which is just an automated recording saying to use the online chat or email due to Covid. The online chat it is never available, so my only option is to email them. I emailed them several times asking when I can expect to receive my withdrawals, if there was anything I can do to speed it along, etc. I just keep getting canned responses without them actually answering my questions! They say that they're raised the issue and will email me with an update.
Now, I'm getting a little frustrated at this point and I'm not entirely sure what I can do. Most casinos I use will send my withdrawal within a few days, but normally it's the same day. Has anyone else had any experience dealing with this? What are my options? Thanks.

Maybe choose a casino that isn't on strike?

sorry to hear but if you go with a website that's not even mentioned on here you are taking risks
