So last friday i made a small withdrawal with trustly and there was no problems. Then on saturday decided to cancel my withdrawal and play a little bit more. I won over 1k (my biggest win ever yay) but suddenly Trustly was out for maintenance until tuesday 10th 12pm. They offered wire transfer withdrawals meanwhile but i found out that they take some ridiculous fees with that option. So i've been waiting to withdraw my money using Trustly. It's still not up and when talking with the customer support they just say "it's being fixed". Now what should i think of this, they really have a problem or just stalling? I mean it sounds weird to me that they have a technical problem with Trustly. Has anyone used wire transfer with Slotsmillion and how did it go? By googling i find out that there has been problems..

I think you should wait since Trustly is a cheaper and faster option,
I don't have an account at Slotsmillion myself but they do seem to be honest and they are accredited here, which mean you can always turn to a rep for help.

In the tab above you have i-Gaming Reps. Take a look there and you'll find that Slotsmillion have several. Choose one and send them a private message.

Hello jk777,

We are currently updating our payment platform, and had to reroute temporarily Trustly withdrawals to Wire transfer. Don't worry however, we cover on our side all the fees so making a withdrawal through Wire Transfer will not be more expensive for you.

If you submit a withdrawal request via Wire today and send me your SlotsMillion login via MP, I can forward it to our Payment department to treat it swiftly.

Congratulations on your winnings

Charlotte

How does slotsmillion covers the fees because i've seen people complaining about them? Also support didn't mention anything about covering the fees. Thanks for the response and help anyways. I might think about the wire transfer but not sure yet.

Hi Charlotte:)

If you're updating the payment platform anyway, i hope you'll consider lowering the minimum deposit as well!
Being a low roller myself - which i think represents the majority of players - i think lowering the minimum to just 10,- would see an increase in deposits..
I know i would come by a lot more!

Love Slotsmillion so far, the minimum depo is the only thing that's keeping me from depositing more often..
Could be purely psychological, but i much sooner do two consecutive 10,- deposits, than one 20,- :D

And congrats on your win jk777!

Mentioned this in another thread. after reversing a trustly wd knowing it doesnt get done at the weekend, and going on to lose a few bucks, soon tried a new wd but it stated said trustly is down. Offered wire , so took that . Was processed monday lunch and in my bank before lunchtime today. Suprised me that, as my normal withdrawals that i make at casinos back to my visa card never goes in before 3.30pm the following day at any casino.

Wasnt sure if would get fee'd off but nope every cent arrived that id withdrew. I am in the uk, fwiw.
And if memory serves, in the cashier when offering wire trsnsfer only, it stated trustly will be down until 10pm tuesday.

For non-european players, the payment goes through an intermediary bank. This type of banks takes a fee on the amount transferred and we have no information at the moment we pay of how much is going to be taken for the transaction or the exchange. We pay in Euro, which also implies that the receiving banks applies currency exchange fees - which might depend on the bank, and we don't know how much this fee will be. It can be 1% for some countries/banks, 5% for some others, and we have no way to know because it doesn't even show it in our transfer request - only the player knows the exact amount he receives.

For european players however, we have direct contacts with the banks and we also have accounts in local currencies so we can pay directly in the player's currency (no exchange fee) and use no intermediary bank for the transfer. All we have to do is take at our charge the fee from requesting a transfer, which we do.

Since you mentioned Trustly, I assumed you were a European player, and that is why I answered there is no fee.
For international players however, it's another story. We don't have accounts locally and we cannot avoid using intermediary bank.

I hope this clarifies the subject a little bit, please tell me if anything is unclear.

Regards

Charlotte

Thank you that clarified everything. I just made the wire transfer and send you the pm. So everything's good and sorry about the hassle.

People need to be aware especially Canadians slotsmillion is sending the payment in euros now. So when it is converted we get hammered even more especially on big cashouts. I had a $1200 cashout and was charged $75 in fees which is just crazy. It would be nice if they went back to their old method or introduced instant banking like videoslots where everyone is charged exactly 0. Slotsmillion way of making up for it was give me a $40 freechip with 48x wager. Its better than nothing I guess but that was just a one time thing. next time i cashout that big, I will just have to eat the fee. Not good.

I love the casino and the bonuses but it may be a casino I have to stop playing at. Because if I win $100 or $150 and want to cashout. its senseless and I dont want to cause of the fees involved. Which in turn makes me end up losing all of it when i could have had a profit.

The more you cashout the higher the fee. if I had a 5k cashout I would be charged $375 in cashout/conversion fees. Unacceptable.

Hello incrediblestuff,

I'm afraid I will not give you a very satisfying answer to this one. The minimum deposit amount is a casino management decision.
We welcome low roller players, but there is a minimum deposit limit to it. Which is set to 20€$£ / 200sek/nok.
I will mention your feedback internally. We might reconsider it.

Yeah that's pretty crazy fee for Canadians. I love the bonuses as well. Especially the friday night bonus.

Hello Lockinlove,

It's a pity, indeed. We cannot anymore send payments in CAD, so players are charged by the bank the conversion fee from EUR.
We're currently looking into implementing a solution to be able to pay players like a local transfer - free of intermediary bank fees and conversion fees. This solution is expected for November. No need to say we're looking forward to introducing this to SlotsMillion.

Instant banking by citadel will solve this problem. Casino's are using this processor alot more now since there are no fee's involved. If I cashout $3000 from a casino. I get $3000 and I imagine it would save you guys money too

I agree, and like clockwork in my account the second night after the withdrawal using Direct Banking at VS, the only thing I have found faster is Energy, they are using Worldpay, I am getting wires within 24hrs but do get whacked $17 by RBC.

Web site was very messed up last week, and for some reason a deposit is still pending 7 days on...

I have to agree - I think you'd have a much higher turnover if the deposit amount was reduced - personally I think low rollers are very underrated... Also, I seem to remember you have to wager each cash deposit a certain number of times (more than the normal 1x) before you are eligible to withdraw? I personally loved your site - but the minimum deposit and this wagering requirement on non-bonus deposits put me off completely...

Hello gilliebean,

Thank you for your feedback, it is noted.

The only wagering on the deposit amount is the "classic" x2, you can read here that there is no deposit wagering on SlotsMillion.

Charlotte

Charlotte, all resolved now

Apparently the deposit was taken twice and I have to wait 10 days for the second one to drop off my bank account.
