Is anyone waiting for a withdrawal from SlotsMillion ?

It's been nearly 30 hours now which I think is a very long time as I only made a withdrawal a week or two ago and it was paid in a few hours :confused:

I spoke to live chat and they say its because of the summer holidays, does that mean not enough staff as they are all at the beach lol

I sent a message to Thomas so I will wait for his reply :)

I am just concerned because the weekend is coming up and they don't pay on weekends and I don't want to wait until next week :(

I made my withdrawal on Thursday morning and my account is still in pending.

I am not worried that they won't pay as this Casino is awesome but not everybody has patience like me ;)

Well never got an withdrawal earlier than the next day, and they always have some excuses if something takes time. And if you ask them you always get a very vague answer.

So summer holidays is the excuse this time. They could actually hire competent people (and enough of them) instead of just adding more games and coming up with lame excuses. Very hard to take them seriously when it seems the site is run by a bunch of amateurs.

Uh. Just waited weekend. And today technical issues :eek2:. So pending period start to go long. 3.6k waiting there to prosessed in skrill.

Having a similar experience myself, request withdraw on Saturday for £800 - now at Wednesday the following week and still being shown as "WAITING" not a great first impression now they've launched in the UK.

That's strange. I have registered last Tuesday , deposited via MasterCard , withdrew after a few hours via Trustly (it was the only option) and got my money the next day straight in my bank account . So very good experience overall!

Yeah I withdrew using the Trustly option - I think it's a direct bank transfer as I had to provide my bank account and sort-code - so I'm guessing that's why it might be taking a little longer than normal withdrawals. I'll keep this post updated on my progress.

Just to give a quick update - support have been excellent (Jesper) - they quickly narrowed the issue down to me typing my account number wrong! They are going to chase it up and resolve the withdrawal. First class casino!!

So as a rough guide, how long do withdrawals take?

I've been naughty (was taking a break from online casinos!) as opened an account yesterday morning, quick £25 deposit resulting in £160 withdrawal. Account verified in very quick time, but withdrawal still pending some 24 hours later. I appreciate a message came up about delays due to summer holidays etc, but as we are now mid September I don't think that still qualifies as holiday season?!?!!?

Not a moan or gripe, just curious as to length of time for withdrawals.

By the way, I LOVE the withdrawal lock in option!!! Was tempted late last night to reverse, but had common sense earlier to lock it in!!! Big thumbs up for this and something all casinos should have.

I sended in message center to unlock my locked withdraw.

It was accepted. But maybe becouse i straight withdraw bigger amount :)

They make you send an email in to request an unlock to add more to the withdraw and then lock it right away.

I signed up to slotsmillion as a uk player quickly verified and made a withdrawal through trustly this was the only option for me got an email saying my withdrawal was processed how long will it take to hit my bank? It says instant on the website but not for me anyway.

There is no such thing as instant banking on withdraws. It takes time to be verified by the merchant and your bank. When you see instant banking it means instant deposits.

Quick update. Received a 'processed withdrawal' e-mail earlier (2.23pm) and soon after, funds were in my bank account!

Thumbs up from me. Paid into account the following day after submitting request, regardless of just over 24 hours in a pending status.

Just an update on my experience - support have been fantastic, answering emails promptly - I had made a mistake when entering my account number to make a withdrawal via Trustly - Support have chased this up and refunded the money back to my account ready for me to withdraw again using my correct bank details this time :)

In the meantime I made a £3,600 withdrawal - processed yesterday and has just landed in my account today. Honestly I couldn't ask for anymore from a casino. These guys give me confidence, have a great selection of slots and offer great support. Defo my go to casino from now on.

Keep up the great work SlotsMillion! :thumbsup:

From my experience

Withdrawals take from 3 - 24 hours to be processed. Mostly I get them after 12 hours, the quickest was 3 hours and 24 hours is the standard now.

My last withdrawal took 48 hours because I had to go through the verification process again - Even though I was verified which is very weird, nonetheless I got my money.

Ive sent my documents again so we'll see what happens but this kinda stalling for a low withdrawal for 100 euroes is bad

The reason for us to ask new documents is usually because a new deposit method is used - in which case we request documents of the method, if the ID document is expired for some time, if the address has changed...

If you PM me your username I can look into your account and tell you why exactly we need some additional documents to validate your withdrawal.

Efficient and speedy withdrawal

I signed up to Slotsmillion on Sunday, had a bit of luck so made a withdrawal yesterday evening. I sent my I.D etc for verification by email and had an email at 10.15 this morning to say my withdrawal was approved. Just checked my bank account and the money is there just 2 hours later. ( I'm UK based)

I was a bit worried at first when I went to withdraw as it only gives Trustly as an option whereas most casinos you click on the deposit method used to make the withdrawal, but in reality it couldn't be simpler. You click your bank icon on the page, enter sort code and account number , job done! All in all I'm very impressed.

So I’ve got a PAB open atm about a withdrawal that was delayed and then am yet to receive, so I won’t go into it too much. It’s worth letting you know that I made another request after that intial one that was approved in a couple of hours and I received it in two days (!!) HOWEVER it was short about 30/40 dollars. I’d speculate processor trouble? And today I had a withdrawal request which is still pending five or so hours later.

I’m just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ atm.
