Slotsmillion withdrawal delay

Hello everyone,

We are very sorry for all situation you experienced. As you certainly know, at SlotsMillion we have and will always aim to process withdrawals in the shortest amount of time and any kind of delays are unusual for us.
We cannot provide a general answer as to why withdrawals have been delayed as every account is handled individually and is subject to its own reason for delay, we suggest to contact customer service department via email or chat in order to find the solution, as each case is always treated individually.

We would also like to add that, due to various parties being part of the withdrawal transaction process, some delays may not be on our part, however, we are in constant contact with other entities used in the transaction (payment providers/banks) in order to speed up the transaction as much as possible, but of course, this is not always in our control.

We understand the situation may cause frustration and discontent and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are always willing to discuss the situation in order to find a happy medium while we resolve the situation, and do the most we can do for our customers.

We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. Rest assured we are constantly working on improvements of our services and integrating new deposit and withdrawal methods for our player’s, to make sure you get your funds as soon as possible.

Regards

I beg to dither. So an account like mine that is and has been fully verified. And I only use Ewallets to deposit and withdraw too.

That means that as soon as the Locked withdraw does get processed it then gets paid instantly into our ewallet IE, neteller is what I use now. So the delays for your casino to process a locked withdraw is still far far above what you state is the estimated time for them to be processed. All you are doing is trying to justify and come up with excuses for the delays. When in fact the delays happen because probably the main cause is lack of staff/working hours etc etc.

Withdraws are still taking well over 48 hours to be processed and in some cases it is 1 week. That is clearly unacceptable. And by you claiming it is not entirely your casinos fault. I find not entirely accurate. Maybe hire more staff so that those withdraws can be processed in a more speedier fashion. Also maybe do weekend cashouts as well.

What happened to that automatic withdraw system I read about on a different site? That never happened either. That automated system would have meant that withdraws would still then be processed by the automatic system at weekends when the staff do not work.

Now I appreciate that you finally responded to the thread. But what you said will not be enough to make me come back and deposit their. Withdraw speeds was not the only factor why I stopped playing at slotsmillion.

Take care and have a nice day :)

I'm still waiting for my withdrawal!!! It used to be done quickly. But now, days after requesting it and contacting the live support I just keep getting told different things. Extremely frustrating. For the past 6 months the level of customer service and speed of withdrawals has gone rapidly downhill.

Same I made a withdrawal on Saturday to debit card and it's now 4 days later still pending, I am fully verified and been signed up for over 2 years and had withdrawals in the past, lesson learned, next time I will stick to Unibet, in the last few years I have played there, they have always paid very fast, I won there last week on the Wednesday evening, they processed it first thing Thursday morning, and it was back to the debit card when my bank updates, around 4pm Friday, the pending time has taken longer than the whole process at Unibet. Now I know why it's called Slotsmillion, it takes a million hours for a cashout...

I totally agree. They used to rapid with their withdrawals. Same day if you withdraw in the morning or the following day if you requested a withdrawal in the evening. I've contacted the customer support several times and they all give different answers!

Yep I have have not had a withdrawal there in many months because of always getting slaughtered by the slots on there, now I am seeing how slow it's gotten since my last one a while ago.

Let me know when yours is processed. Because technically yours should be done before mine as they keep saying there's a queue of withdrawals and I didn't request mine until Sunday morning.

I was thinking of opening up my account again at slotsmillion, but after reading that they are still bad, i wont. :p

They used to really good. But now I'd avoid them. The only reason I used to use them was because of the speedy withdrawals and the lock withdrawal option. But now they don't really offer anything special. They need to change a lot of things...

£3 max bet during bonus bonus.
Only one pending withdrawal allowed (which is basically one withdrawal a week as they take forever).
No blueprint slots.
And the website crashes a few times a week as their server is obviously not good enough.

Alot of these cases are from long time members with ecopayz or other fast paying options. So making a comment that each case is different, well no its not. The same thing is being reported all over the forums by almost everyone aside from what looks to people who are VIP aka me_and_ed

Pretty much every other accredited casino pays in under 48 hours and most the same day. Yours is taking 4-6 business days and some not at all until people come to the forums and start messaging reps and bothering live chat.

Unacceptable.

@Casinomeister @maxd @LadyJelena Can this be addressed please? Almost all members here across numerous threads are stating their withdraw times are minimum 4 business days. Their rating page says 6-12 hours and their rating is in part, relation to this also. It has been going on for many months now and is not changing so I do not think they should be given the review and rating they have up. I dont think a single member has been paid in the same day since when they were going through BBF

@Charlotte You came in here and made this speech how you are trying to improve things and it's case by case but here we are again with yet TWO more player complaints and yet it's clear this has not even been mentioned to the payments team to keep an eye on things and process cashouts quicker. Why?

Will do, I don't expect it to be processed by Friday, and they don't do weekends so that's another 2 days wasted time on top.

Thank you. It's nice to see someone else voicing their opinion! I've contacted the customer service at slotsmillion for the past 3 days. Everytime I got a different answer. It says on the website that withdrawals will be processed in 1-2 business days..... Which was the case over a year ago. But now it seems the site has become bigger with more players the withdrawals have become slower. You never get an accurate answer from them on why the withdrawal is taking so long. On other casinos if it's passed the withdrawal time that they offer then they'd usually process the withdrawal instantly to Skrill. I don't hold much hope on receiving my withdrawal any time soon!

I was going to mention the same thing in my original post, that it should effect their rating since players are having withdrawals pending for 4 - 5 days. Whilst other casinos like Unibet are paying us out in less than 48 hours, having played for almost 15 years and had hundreds of withdrawals in my time, I have a general idea of who is good and who isn't when it comes to withdrawls, and experience of who is slow and who isn't.

I think I'm going to faint. My money has been sent. I've contacted the live chat 3-4 times a day for the past 2 days. I've put up posts on various forum websites including here. And it looks like my persistence has paid off :DMy advice is to contact slotsmillion live support, keep explaining the situation. Tell them that someone else's withdrawal was processed before yours, even though you requested yours first. And give them a link to this forum. That's what I did. Also send the slotsmillion casino rep on here a private message. Good luck!

Spoke to chat support and got the usual this is out of the norm, problems with payment provider etc.

Theres more bollocks going on now, using my connection with no VPN is giving this error when trying to load the site.

Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

As soon as you switch on the VPN and choose a UK server it still gives this same error, but if you choose any other non UK server the site magically loads, I guess they have disabled UK connections from accessing the site right now while they are doing something?

Logged in minute ago and it is still sat pending after being told by chat around 2 hours ago it will be processed shortly..it's getting closer to weekend which probably means this is going to be 7+ days before I see it, who wants to play anywhere where if you win you are sat waiting a week to be paid? I have spend thousands on their site as well.

There weren't any questions in your post so there wasnt anything to respond to.
She responded, you responded.

You even stated 'But what you said will not be enough to make me come back and deposit their.'

So what was she expected to respond to?

Got the email to say processed, so the chance of getting it tomorrow when my bank updates at 4pm is very unlikely, probably looking at Friday, almost 6 days from withdraw request.

They have a great number of Slots, but I already noticed this slow work attitude for a long time. First of all, I normally verify myself before I deposit (sometimes if needed I double check if the casino is trustworthy and then I deposit 10-20 €). So around a few months ago, I tried to verify myself and I waited weeks and weeks and then asked after 3 weeks if something is wrong "No we gonna check it later" ... one week later I asked again and then got the response "You have no withdrawal open so the priority to verify you is low, it will be done soon" (not 100 % same word use, this was some months ago). And then I was verified after nearly 2 months, played a bit and decided to cash out (nothing big it was my deposit back after a decent playtime), 4 days nothing, ... After chatting with the chat I felt no chance for the money and played it down (but this did not hurt me, had a long playtime with my canceled withdraw - nearly 5 hours with 70 € and I was in huge profit that day).

But I decided to not play anymore there, sometime later I changed my living place and thought "Well give them a new chance". And I can tell you, 4 months no response - nothing. They would probably verify me after asking them 100 times again, but this is clearly not the unusual behavior - they working slow and maybe getting many emails, ... which is counting up because of the slow work (maybe not enough staff) and maybe not with bad intention, but this is 100 % not below 24 hours.

I hope that they will get faster as the usual good online casino needs below 24 hours. I mean Videoslots and Trada great examples for being super fast, I do not expect every casino to be that fast but at least at working days give us our money within 8 hours.

Well, I've had a withdrawal pending now for almost 24 hours.
I did need to upload a debit card scan, although it's only a new issue of an existing card. But that's still marked as 'processing'
At least the withdrawal is locked. So there's no reversing (not that I would)

Don't want to cross post. I didn't spot this until today, I'd posted a few days ago to this one: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/slotsmillion-withdrawl-problems.85952/
Though, this thread is more active, so here's the update.

Finally received the $1K withdrawal to bank account today. From woe to go, including the 5 day (supposed) 3'rd party processor stuff-up, and the payment being reissued Monday (2019/03/25), in total its taken 9 working days. This also included 2 or 3 emails back and forth to my VIP manager, and reaching out to SM Rep Charlotte twice.

I've searched high and low, all over the SM site, but there's no "Live Chat" for me, only a contact form. When I used that form to inquire about the delay in verifying my ID documents, it took a further 4 days to receive a reply. Though by that time, the VIP manager had reached out with a welcome to VIP level.

The ID doc issue was they wouldn't accept my AU driver's license, even though on their KYC upload page, it clearly stated DL was accepted photo ID. So instead of contacting me at that point, they let it slide till I made contact, and then took a further 4 days to respond. In the end, and after explaining in AU, unlike the UK or EU, a passport is not something everyone has.

To their credit, my VIP manager explained all this, and SM now accept DL's for photo ID from AU.

From this experience, seems SM is currently in a bit of muddle. Nothing seems to flow, instead, is disjointed, which seems to be placing a heavy burden on both productivity and efficiency. The other thing that sticks out, staff seem to be away a lot. My VIP guy seems to start late, then finishes early, then tells me he wont be in for 3 days.

Their operating a casino (CM accredited), not a newspaper stand. Gamblers play 24/7, and not having systems, staff or whatever else it take to ensure customers are looked after throughout each day and night, every day the week, is where it seem payments and other issues are beginning to mount up, and cause collateral negativity towards the SM brand. As other members have posted, their review here states payments are made within 6-12 hours. Yet, more and more members are saying their withdrawals are locked in pending states for literally days.

Even though some members have said SM will eventual pay, that's little comfort to those stuck in this seemly, ever revolving door. In my case, even in AU, other casinos can pay back to Visa, and that arrives in 2 working days, without fail. There's no valid excuse in my mind why SM can't follow suit.

Hey all,

I’ve been signed up to Casinomeister for a few years now and normally just lurk in order to get information on what’s happening to who and what sites to avoid.

Just thought I’d add my two cents to the issues with Slotsmillion cash outs.

I attempted to withdraw a low four figure amount last week, sent in all documents and was approved and verified, received email confirming the money was on its way. Two days after they had approved the request I was sent an email along the lines of “We are sorry however your money will not be sent until next Monday”. So it’s been about 9/10 days since my intial request and I’ve had to constantly chase them just to get an idea where my money is and when they actually reply they just confirm it was sent on the revised date.

For a casino that is advertising 6-48hr turnarounds I’m just not sure this is all kosher. I’m not prepared to write them off as yet as I have friends who recommended them to me and haven’t had any issues, but this being my first experience with them I am just a bit weary.

Every other casino I’ve played at has taken three days maximum to pay out, so if this sort of time frame for withdrawals is becoming the norm for this provider I may have to reconsider my choice of online casino.

I will post again here once I hear anything new or the payment has arrived.

Cheers!
