Slotsmillion withdrawal delay

Hi

I requested a withdrawal on monday and as of yet it has not been processed at slotsmillions.
Chat yesterday said it would be processed soon and today they said the payment provider was causing delays. But on my account it still shows as pending?

Anyone had similar issues? My previous withdrawals have been processed within 48 hours...

I think we should notify @Casinomeister that the withdrawal times should be changed to 48 hours- 5 business days and this should effect their rating. Most players and forum members are pretty much all stating this now. Very very very slow casino in terms of payouts.

My recent one has been 6 days so far and 3 of those business days. And most of the my cashouts are like that.

On the review page it says super fast payouts. Which is absolutely no longer the case going through all the threads.

It also says cashout time is 6-12 hours. Lol more like 6-12 days

that sucks, i do bank withdraws, so if 5 to process, id be looking at TWO weeks :eek2:

i don't play here anymore...besides the bad luck, cashouts are unreliable...also i stopped cuz its become worrisome to wait so long for a cashout to be honest

Yeah for sure. I usually get a cashout, lock it and carry on doing whatever elsewhere. After a good few days I check my ecopayz to see if paid. Nope. Think wow really then go to slotsmillion site and see my cashout still pending. I think on average its 3-4 business days. My last cashout was requested Weds morning and its still sitting there.

Think it might be one to avoid too. I dont like to see such sharp delays and also noticed a huge change in customer support especially since Julien changed positions.

Yep I feel the same way. Why would a company suddenly delay payments so long all of the sudden. Surely it cannot be a good thing.

Did you contact the rep about it? It's worrisome having such delays.

@Charlotte - Please advise us if this is the case with your withdrawals?

I too noticed it too. Hence why I no longer play there anymore. Live chat just keep fobbing you off. Also the fact that they still do not do weekend cashouts as well.

You also have to know that they are all based in Spain. So it means they have a very ralaxed work ethic and they only work a few hours a day and take those afternoon naps. On average they work around 4-6 hours a day. Only exception is the Live chat, they are open for longer. But they still do not have live chat 24/7 I think it is only online for about 12 hours each day.

On top of that. The site was also soo buggy for me. And slots lagged soo often too. Worse at peak times. Only casino I have lag in is slotsmillion. Basically all slots regardless what provider it is lagged, so you press the spin button and the reels spin and spin for sometimes upto 1 minute. eventually they then give an error but sometimes they will actually finish the spin and then it will be ok for a few spins then it hangs and lags again, so it is basically unplayable.

I had an ongoing investigation with them, to which they still never resolved that issue and still did not fix it. It is nothing to do with the slot providers servers. It is to do with their servers. As their database that stores all the player data obviously can not handle all the data requests and hence causes the huge lag and hung spins and error messages. As every time a player presses spin it sends data to the slot providers servers, that gets sent back to the slotsmillion servers and then the database has to process that data every single time a spin is made. So all slotsmillion needed to do is get more servers.
 
The average working time in Spain is 38.5 hours a week. Over 5 days. Which isn’t 4 or 6 hours.

It might very well be, but I can tell you that they still take a very long break for that afternoon nap. It might also depend what type of job they do as well. But Honestly slotsmillion different teams all only work between 4-6 hours a day. That does not include the *Siesta* every afternoon. Fridays they work even less as well. Live chat told me this many times.
 
I received a text today saying that my w/d would be sent in 1-3 days via Etransfer and supplied me with the password for that Etransfer, for those who don't know our banking system here we have an option to receive a bank transfer through email through the Interac network that creates a link to your banking page and is an instant deposit with no fee.

If it arrives based on the text I will be quite happy with that, 4 days or under to hit my account, keep you all posted.
 
Quite concerned about this casino. No response from reps, no response to private messages (although I did send it yesterday so maybe she didnt see it in time), multiple complaints across the forum.

Now 5 business days and no payment and last one was close to the same. Had to chase the casino live chat down again and was told I would be paid at the end of the business day. Even if paid, I think we should be told why cashouts are taking many days and upwards of a week and more.

@LadyJelena even sent her a notification in this thread which still didnt bring a comment in the thread although it shows as charlotte liked the post. Seems disrespectful still to both players and the forum in general not to address our concerns.


If I am not paid by the end of the day I will be filing a PAB tomorrow to get my money. A week is long enough from an accredited casino that lists their cashout as 6-12 hours.

Edit: After voicing my displeasure to live chat and letting them know its unacceptable and I would be filing a complaint, I was paid within minutes.

Not good I have to go through all this for my money.

Funds in my account over night, under 2 days total time for the whole process, I am not sure what is going on but for me that's still in line with VS and Energy for total time, maybe there is an issue with other methods? I do share the same thoughts on why there has been no correspondence, however I can only give a thumbs up with my experience.
 
When casinos start slow paying it usually only means one thing in my eyes, bolt before you get any further issues and take your money elsewhere. So many casinos slowly fold without informing the customers then suddenly drop the bomb shell. Don't wait for it and get out now.

Not saying this is the case here, just wouldn't risk it.
 
I bolted playing at slotsmillion a few months ago. I will not be back that is for sure.

I mostly have liked them and got some really huge wins actually my biggest wins ever here but a week and no payment and last time was like 3-4 business days..via ecopayz. But ever since management changed and Julien left customer support this casino seems to have got alot colder in terms of customer service.

I would imagine @me_and_ed got paid over night because they were aware of this thread and his postings too.

I hope Charlotte comes on here and reassures people and maybe announces they have hired more people or something. I would hate to see a casino that used to be one of my favs just not care. Although the damn lag and script they are running makes the casino very tough to enjoy!

I hope to see a turn around with them soon.
 
Not to go against the grain of this topic but I even had the VIP rep contact me to ensure I did receive my w/d, I have yet to experience any issues, I hope this does get addressed and these issues that fellow members are having get worked out, I did in my response to the VIP rep mention this topic.

To be fair, I kept giving them more chances. I kept going back to them over the course of the last year. And issue after issue, Plus also the fact withdraws taken 2-5 days to be processed even when locked to ewallets was just the final nails in the coffin. I kept thinking but they have nice slot choice etc etc. Even they have Amatic slots for UK players and some others that VS still have not enabled for UK players too. But the slot lag was just too bad and made it unplayable most of the time.

So even if they did reply to this thread and say they will aim to work on the issues raised and make it better going forward it wont change my mind. I read them say many things on Ask Gamblers dodgy site in the disputes made against them in the comments that they are aiming to make the casino better etc etc. And it never happened. If anything it has gotten worse and is getting even worse. Radio Silence also on CM is also not good. @lockinlove - I think you should contact Bryan via PM and alert him to let them know that the slotsmillion rep is now absent and is not replying to PM's or Threads.
