I am at my boiling point.

Stalling tactics at its best, changing the goal posts as they go.

I deposit with either Interac (direct from my bank account) or Mastercard, my accounts have been the same for years with them. I had to register a new M/C because there were mysterious charges from China which were flagged, the card had been compromised, I fully expected them to ask for verification on the new card.

They requested proof of new card which I sent front and back images, then they wanted to see a bank statement which showed how I funded the card (this is a flawed process because not all banks itemize each transaction with an account number, it just shows payment to M/C), I sent this and they rejected it, I then sent them my bill payment page from my bank which does show the account number, as well as a payment and the approved payment transaction....finally that was approved.

They were explained on multiple emails that the card was changed because the previous card was compromised but this shouldn't matter because I gave them full proof of the new card that was approved, now they want proof that my previous card was compromised in writing from the bank.....WTF, and this should be noted that I suspended my account for 30 days prior and the card that was compromised had only been used prior to the account pause, there hadn't been a transaction for at least 30 days with the old card that had been verified on multiple occasions.

Every time I fulfill a request they add another.........all for a measly $3300 w/d, I am at my wits end with these guys.

Is this a casino you regularly play at or just another one you found and coming with the same issues? I've learnt the hard way to read trustpilot(though sometimes it's not reliable) before using a casino as the anxiety can be horrific.

I was ignorant enough to not understand that casinos have sister casinos when i first did online gaming so didn't realise genesis, pelaa, sloty were related so used them all then after a while realised I was dealing with the same B.S everytime.

I have played there for years and except for the occasional blip they have been great, this one defies all logic especially for a long tenured fairly large depositing player.

Damn. Their recent reviews have been shocking, apparently Genesis were really good for the first yesr then become serial piss takers. Maybe some casinos end up losing money so end up changing their approach. It's a strange business.
