Hello. I've been depositing with slots LV for several months now and finally hit it big and asked for 9000 withdrawal as soon as I did they disabled my account pending a 48 hour investigation. So far it's been 6 days and I've yet to hear from them and everything that I read online seems to me like they're going to scam me out of my money. it's funny that they don't ask for verification when depositing but as soon as you asked for a withdrawal they want to look for any reason not to pay you I'm a single mother with my husband deceased just last month I was going to use this money for gifts for my 3 daughters. Well seems like those plans have canceled now because of a scam that I was blinded by. I've been treated like a criminal and they ended chats when I was chatting with them when I was in the middle of texting . It's very unprofessional and not very pleasing to find out that I was scammed by a online casino that I thought was reputable

Have you sent them an email or received one from them? I think they might be checking game play/provider and that can take a few days to investigate as it is a large withdrawal.

Yes I have. I get told one excuse to another. They aren't on the same page with each other. 1 rep tells me 48 hrs and they should be emailing me since last week and another tells me approximately 48 hrs. But all in all, I've read alot of posts where they ignore the winner and look for any reason not to pay. I won on the slots, 1st time gambler with the site, I don't know how to use a cheat if my life depended on it. I am kinda new so bare with me. I've sent in my credentials and verification. I won it fair and have 3 daughters who really saw me jump for joy when I won and now it's like I've been in a deep dark slum. Thank you for taking the time to message me. It means alot knowing someone heard me. God bless

Don't give up hope yet. If you have sent in documents, at some casinos it takes days to get verified and also they have to check with game provider to see if the game you were playing was legit/paid correctly. I'm only assuming that is the case.

I hope its sorted for you soon. Keep us updated and keep talking to them on live chat as 6 days is a long time to wait for answers. :)

Good luck with your PAB, Bntrae, I hope it really works out for you. A gentle reminder: no posting about your case once it is in progress.

Keep us posted when you've received your funds (I am hopeful).
