    Is it me?

    Is anyone else playing at this casino?

    Can you tell me if you have noticed that the RJ doesn't seem to be getting bigger at Goldbeard or Ronin...(The only two I've played so far)

    It's weird...Goldbeard never goes past 1086.00 and Ronin never goes past 1043.00:confused:

    Deposited and played a couple of hours ago at only 1 slot "Warlock's Spell' and you are right. The RJ was always between $1050 and $1068 increasing by small amounts and suddenly down again. The RJ fluctuated between this range several times during the hour or so that I was playing. I doubt whether the RJ was won so there is definitely something amiss when it goes up and down so many times.

    I am sure Louise will look into this once she reads this thread.

    didnt the same thing happen with aladdin's casino , when they were newly launched? i remember there being something posted along the same lines about the r/j there also.......................laurie

    Yes, that was me that also posted the screenshots of this happening, the Random Jaclpots would get up to a certain amount and then all of a sudden drop back down to what it was when I opened the game and now yesterday I also noticed the exact same thing happening at Slots Oasis Casino so this tells me that it has to be on the RTG's servers end where this is occurring as a new casino is first opened up...

    I've not been back to play at Aladdin's Palace since this had happened so I will have to go back and see if this issue has since been fixed...it does sound like some sort of a bug or the RJ system is trying to self balance itself out as new customers log on and start playing...:confused:

    I reported this error with the Rj yesterday to slotsoasis and was told theyd have someone look into it. Apparantly not quickly tho. Still im not complaining, their slots are playing very nicely currently lol

    Pm'd Louise...Nothing will be done until after the weekend.

    People should be aware that they cannot possibly win a Random Jackpot until the software is fixed.

    The software/casino should not have gone live until all the bugs were cleared up.

    Now, I can't even redeem the comp points I earned.

    That also is a software problem according to Louise..

    I asked for a chip/bonus offer to gamble at one of the other casinos in her group as a sort of goodwill gesture for playing at a "broke" casino.

    I was refused.:(

    This is not very good customer service in my opinon.

    I guess it's my own fault for continuning to play there after I realized the RJ wasn't working.:eek:

    As I have recommended twice, you can go to live chat or contact us via toll free phone, so we can redeem the comp points for you. This can be done within 2 minutes. Apologies that you can not redeem them on your side for the time being.

    Concerning the RJ's - They are working and people have hit some in fact. So you need not worry about missing out on those. Our software company is working on getting them steady so the resetting does not ocurr. We have been told that this can happen with newly released casinos and is not a bug in the software. Because the amounts of the RJs depend on the amount of people playing and seeing that Slots Oasis is a new casino, this is the reason for resetting - So the software company are working on getting a smooth increase, rather than the resetting.

    I hope that this has answered your concerns and explains somewhat why this is happening.

    If the rj is not working due to a glitch and they can "fix" it, why do so many believe that the payouts cannot be "fixed" to pay certain players?

    I understand as to why the RJs looks like they have a glitch - But can assure you all that people are hitting them. As explained in the previous post, we are working on getting a steady increase in the RJs, rather than them resetting. Please see my previous post that explains further as to why this is happening.

    I was hoping that this group would be a nice addition for US Players.

    But, after this...I'm going back to the old standby's...Club World and INetBet. They have always treated me well and I have always received good customer service.

    If somebody from here has hit or does hit one of the RJ's at Slots Oasis...

    I hope they post it. :rolleyes:
